GBMoney grab Customer Representative Was excellent I ordered and paid for my item including shipping cost. Then get a call from service rep that shipping will cost additional 140 dolloars. No money no ship no other optionss given. Job was scheduled around deliver of item. It would have cost more money to delay shipping than pay what was asked. Tool fetch had me in a position where i had no choice than to pay black mail amount. NOT HAPPY

GBExcellent service all around While working online placing an order I had a question regarding the product I was ordering. I ended up calling Customer Service, she was very helpful and kind. My order was placed, and within 3 days I received my order. Fast service!!!

GB4 months for a small equipment order. Wish they would have told me up front! I ordered a lift on Nov. 13, with no info after a month, and no reply to emails, I called in December and was told the item would ship by January 21. Just called 1/25/24 to be told it's on a second backorder and should (maybe?) be available sometime in March. It looks as though people have a hard time getting refunds. I don't know if I should cancel and order elsewhere or hope it eventually will arrive.

GBOrdered the Kennedy 4 drawer unit Ordered the Kennedy 4 drawer unit, unfortunately it arrived with shipping damage, spoke with Ryan and they filed a claim with the shipper and shipped another one. When that arrived it to was damaged. Thanks to Ryan and his team a third one was sent through a different carrier and received it damage free. The customer commitment is outstanding. Ryan kept in contact with me and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I now have a great product and a great experience dealing with the frustration of receiving two shipment damaged boxes. Thanks Ryan and team for handling all this and ensuring I received a damage free order.
