I'm not happy with my experience I'm not happy with my experience. I placed my order a month ago. The status still says "preparing to ship" over a week ago I did the customer service chat, the person said I would get an updated status email the next day. Never happened. I send a different email still haven't received a response. Then today I get an email asking me to fill out this survey when I would really like to hear from customer service.

I chose the most expensive shipping… I chose the most expensive shipping time and yet it kept getting delayed.. do not recommend and will not use again.

Ladies, you need boots this is the place! Safety Girl was absolutely AWESOME! Not only did you trade me out for a smaller size but you kept in contact with me the whole entire time! And I absolutely LOVE my Rockport boots! I am definitely a satisfied and happy customer! I will definitely be shopping with you all again! I'm so glad my co-worker told me about this company!

It was a great experience It was a great experience. I had ordered the wrong size for my wife. The customer service representice was helpful and got me the right size to be sent out right away and the information on how to return the wrong size I had orders by mistake. The boots came fast and my wife really finds the boots comfortable and stylish. Thanks for a great experience
