Saying thank you I have had my Knifesmith forge for some years now. I want to say thank for the great product that has not only allowed me to turn out some nice knifes but also provide hours of fun and enjoyment doing it with my my kids, grandkids and other friends.

Nice forge and even better customer service Product arrived pretty beat up, box looked like the UPS guys kicked it around the truck, surprisingly nothing major was broken just a couple small pieces. Sent them an email with the problems and got an immediate response to fix the problem even though it’s was broken by UPS during shipping. Forge was well built and looks like it will last for many years to come. Great product with even better customer service you’d be making a huge mistake not choosing this company.

And I'm 100% certain that any problem, troubleshooting or otherwise, would be solved, if any arise. Top notch product and top notch customer experience. Fine product The forge worked very well, and will work better as I tweak it for my needs. It took longer to heat up than I expected, until I readjusted the flame as per instructions in the online video. Then it heated beautifully, and I heat treated two blades prior to tempering, and annealed two other files to become billets for future knives. Service was excellent. My packaging was solid. My product was solid. Since I am almost 75 years old, I probably will not be buying another forge, but if I do, it will be another one from Mathewson. Frank L
