GBReviews were great but didn’t work for me The order process and delivery was fine, but the drill/extractor combos did not. The drill really isn’t a drill (does not ‘dig’ very deep, which limits ability to get extractor end firmly in the shallow drilled opening. Also, after purchasing and looking at videos on extracting bolts, they often recommend ‘tapping’ the extractor into the drilled opening (to get an initial ‘bite’) with a hammer, which would require hammering the drill end. I started with the #3 drill/extractor (no ‘tapping’); the extractor initially ‘bit’, but then chewed up what metal surrounded the opening. I then used the #4 drill/extractor. Drill worked fine but opening was too small to insert the extractor.

GBI was about to give up on getting a… I was about to give up on getting a stripped allen head screw out of an aluminum access cover on the front of an oil pump to a 7.3 powerstroke. I tried vampliers, Harbor Freights Drill Master (similar to Grabits) and lastly Grabits. It was the largest grabit and a lot of perpendicular down force on the grabit that finally freed the screw.

GBAmazing Customer Service TheGrabitStore.com's site isn't shady like other Grabit dealers. Customer Service is handled by real people rather than computers, which makes a huge difference. I wish they sold more tools so I could buy more stuff from them!
