GB1 and done Never received a shipping confirmation of the order and some of the items were never shipped with a credit being issued for said items but no notification and explanation as to why, hey maybe items were not in stock....or maybe it was because they could not sell for the price that was listed. Order came promptly but this is a 1 and done for me, worst plumbing supply outlet on the net, steer clear!

GBI received order with parts missing I received what I ordered however, it was not a complete order. It arrived packaged well although it was advertised as coming with screws as well as the packaging stating screws were included but no screws were included.

GBGood customer service After much research I found the oddball colored yellow toilet seat for our old house we recently moved into. I called first to verify it was actually in stock and I ordered it. After a week with no shipping info I got an email that it was on back order. I was really disappointed and replied back letting them know and asked for a refund. To my surprise I got a call from the guy I originally talked to that said it was stock and there was a mix up about it but they did have it in stock. So we agreed to keep my order and send it out. Thank you Fred! That is true customer service and what lacks nowadays in so many businesses. So thank you and I'm a happy customer because of it.

GBFailed to process order and credit Ordered a part online and was charged to my credit card. I was emailed the part was out of stock. It didn't state online it was out of stock, it took me through the online ordering and payment. I told them to cancel the order. After informing them my card was charged I was told it can take up to 3 days to refund my money. Why was I charged for an order that was not filled and worse a product that is out of stock? Why didn't it state online it was out of stock so I didn't waste my time and worse my money?
