1 and done Never received a shipping confirmation of the order and some of the items were never shipped with a credit being issued for said items but no notification and explanation as to why, hey maybe items were not in stock....or maybe it was because they could not sell for the price that was listed. Extending an RV dump I was trying to extend an RV dump above the opening and just assumed that your product would do the job, however the opening accepts a 4 inch male thread and your product is a 3 3/4 male thread. Oops, my bad - any ideas? I can't afford to return the product as the shipping is more than the cost of the unit.

No power cable Yes, I received the unit but the internal box was badly compromised. Also, the heater came without a power cord, unlike the previous identical unit bought two years ago. Does the manufacturer no longer provide a power cable?

Poor communication While I received the product I ordered, it was several weeks before it actually shipped. Because it took so long to receive, I ended up getting the pump I needed at another company. I have been trying to speak to a representative and have left emails and tried calling the number listed, however it doesn’t actually let you leave a message or speak with anyone. I’ve only gotten the same recorded answering message telling you to select a number (1 for a rep, 2 for prospective buyers, and 3 for leaving a message), and no matter what number you dial, you end up back at the recorded message.
