Great prices and free delivery Great prices and free delivery. Product was as expected. Only issue is that the box my delivery came in was very damaged and I was concerned that I had lost product through the breaks in the box. Did a count and all there. Suggest more robust packaging. I will be buying more piping soon and will buy from you.

Good customer service After much research I found the oddball colored yellow toilet seat for our old house we recently moved into. I called first to verify it was actually in stock and I ordered it. After a week with no shipping info I got an email that it was on back order. I was really disappointed and replied back letting them know and asked for a refund. To my surprise I got a call from the guy I originally talked to that said it was stock and there was a mix up about it but they did have it in stock. So we agreed to keep my order and send it out. Thank you Fred! That is true customer service and what lacks nowadays in so many businesses. So thank you and I'm a happy customer because of it.

Poor communication While I received the product I ordered, it was several weeks before it actually shipped. Because it took so long to receive, I ended up getting the pump I needed at another company. I have been trying to speak to a representative and have left emails and tried calling the number listed, however it doesn’t actually let you leave a message or speak with anyone. I’ve only gotten the same recorded answering message telling you to select a number (1 for a rep, 2 for prospective buyers, and 3 for leaving a message), and no matter what number you dial, you end up back at the recorded message.
