1 and done Never received a shipping confirmation of the order and some of the items were never shipped with a credit being issued for said items but no notification and explanation as to why, hey maybe items were not in stock....or maybe it was because they could not sell for the price that was listed. Order came promptly but this is a 1 and done for me, worst plumbing supply outlet on the net, steer clear!

Poor communication While I received the product I ordered, it was several weeks before it actually shipped. Because it took so long to receive, I ended up getting the pump I needed at another company. I have been trying to speak to a representative and have left emails and tried calling the number listed, however it doesn’t actually let you leave a message or speak with anyone. I’ve only gotten the same recorded answering message telling you to select a number (1 for a rep, 2 for prospective buyers, and 3 for leaving a message), and no matter what number you dial, you end up back at the recorded message.

If not, you can easily report to them and they’ll immediately get back to you and solve the issue swiftly!! I have not yet had any issues in the years working with PLUMBING SUPPLY NOW and when I had ordered incorrectly on my part, they caught it and sent me an email to confirm!!! AMAZING! Otherwise I would’ve received my items, realized I ordered incompatible parts by accident, had to initiate a return do all that mumbo-jumbo and then of course order the proper parts and wait for their arrival! Good customer service After much research I found the oddball colored yellow toilet seat for our old house we recently moved into. I called first to verify it was actually in stock and I ordered it. After a week with no shipping info I got an email that it was on back order. I was really disappointed and replied back letting them know and asked for a refund. To my surprise I got a call from the guy I originally talked to that said it was stock and there was a mix up about it but they did have it in stock. So we agreed to keep my order and send it out. Thank you Fred! That is true customer service and what lacks nowadays in so many businesses. So thank you and I'm a happy customer because of it.
