I received order with parts missing I received what I ordered however, it was not a complete order. It arrived packaged well although it was advertised as coming with screws as well as the packaging stating screws were included but no screws were included.

Only issue is that the box my delivery came in was very damaged and I was concerned that I had lost product through the breaks in the box. Did a count and all there. Suggest more robust packaging. This is a very nice pair of nipples I ordered stiff brass nipples. I received my nipples promptly and they were quite stiff. These are the best nipples I've ever had. Anyone who needs a nice pair of nipples should definitely buy these, you won't be disappointed. I ended up installing rings in them so they looked better. I was a little disappointed that you don't carry nipple rings, but I was able to obtain at Home Depot.

Failed to process order and credit Ordered a part online and was charged to my credit card. I was emailed the part was out of stock. It didn't state online it was out of stock, it took me through the online ordering and payment. I told them to cancel the order. After informing them my card was charged I was told it can take up to 3 days to refund my money. Why was I charged for an order that was not filled and worse a product that is out of stock? Why didn't it state online it was out of stock so I didn't waste my time and worse my money?
