GBI received order with parts missing I received what I ordered however, it was not a complete order. It arrived packaged well although it was advertised as coming with screws as well as the packaging stating screws were included but no screws were included.

GBGood customer service After much research I found the oddball colored yellow toilet seat for our old house we recently moved into. I called first to verify it was actually in stock and I ordered it. After a week with no shipping info I got an email that it was on back order. I was really disappointed and replied back letting them know and asked for a refund. To my surprise I got a call from the guy I originally talked to that said it was stock and there was a mix up about it but they did have it in stock. So we agreed to keep my order and send it out. Thank you Fred! That is true customer service and what lacks nowadays in so many businesses. So thank you and I'm a happy customer because of it.

GBNo power cable Yes, I received the unit but the internal box was badly compromised. Also, the heater came without a power cord, unlike the previous identical unit bought two years ago. Does the manufacturer no longer provide a power cable?
