Order oxygen concentrator December 23… Order oxygen concentrator December 23 2021 received following week damaged. Contacted ttlife several times and sent pictures each time as requested. Now end of March 2022 and told replacement time is expired. I am screwed by another Chinese company.. never order directly from any foreign company. I will always go thru Amazon they have instant refund or replacement. TTLife sicks big time.

They refused to return my money or ship another machine. TTLIFE blames the shipper yet they will not give me the name or phone number for them. RUN don't walk away from this company.

Poor customer service Although the machine has arrived, and seems to be in good working order, their customer service is an absolute nightmare. Avoid this place like the plague. They are slow to answer their emails and don’t answer the phone because they don’t speak English. I wish I could come here and read the reviews first. Edit: the machine has stopped working and they will do nothing about it.
