Customer service is non-existent Customer service is non-existent. Phone calls are not answered and it takes days to receive an email back. I need to return this machine and they offered me $60 to keep it and sell it to someone else..then when I refused they offered me $85.00 Shipping it back cost more than $200 then they said they would charge me $109.00 restocking fee. Don't purchase from this company. I will be filing a dispute with my card company

TtLife and their policies TtLife dealt with me over an Oxygen Concentrator I purchased. After I received the device i talked with my Pulmonologist. He decided the concentrator was not what I needed. I emailed with TTLife and they were wonderful. Offered me an even trade for another device. I decided to go a different route and ordered what I needed. Price,quality Price,quality, and customer service made this one of the best purchases I've ever made, and I am 92. My needs may be a little unique in that I have congestive heart failure but normal ecgs and echocardiograms. They put me on oxygen. Living in a flood zone in an elevated house meant needing help getting up and down stairs . I was looking for a portable rechargeable oxygen generator to give me more freedom. No help needed. After careful investigation I found the NT 05. From the moment I opened the box and saw how carefully it was packed I realized I was getting a quality product. The instructions were clear and it was easy to get it ready for testing to see if it met my needs. NO problems. It now gives me the ability to come and go as I please. The battery easily lasts two hours so I don't have to worry about it shutting off (4 hrs with the back up battery). I looked at a lot of generators, most cost hundreds if not thousands more and did not have the same features. The customer service was great, the same quality as the product they sell.

NT-02 Works Great NT-02 Works Great. Ordered mine and it arrived in five days flat. It's keeping my O2 levels at a solid 96%, making my breathing much easier. The replaceable batteries are a plus, giving me peace of mind for doctor visits and meetups with friends. Recommend it.

NT-02 to the Rescue! Just got the NT-02 today and wow, what a difference it's made for my mother with severe COPD. The machines we tried before just weren't cutting it. But with the NT-02, her breathing has improved noticeably. It's such a relief to see her more comfortable. Highly recommend the NT-02 for anyone struggling with similar issues.
