NT-02 Works Great NT-02 Works Great. Ordered mine and it arrived in five days flat. It's keeping my O2 levels at a solid 96%, making my breathing much easier. The replaceable batteries are a plus, giving me peace of mind for doctor visits and meetups with friends. Recommend it.

Complaints based on inaccessible… Complaints based on inaccessible customer care. Do not yet know the quality of the item. Non-functioning customer service telephone line. Largely automated customer service email replies. Makes customer pay for shipping of returns. They do not take back accessories and supplies. Only the machines.

I'm at loss on how to change the filter… I'm at loss on how to change the filter cotton in my NT-02, but after contact their customer service team, they promptly sent me a how-to video. They were both friendly and professional

Order oxygen concentrator December 23… Order oxygen concentrator December 23 2021 received following week damaged. Contacted ttlife several times and sent pictures each time as requested. Now end of March 2022 and told replacement time is expired. I am screwed by another Chinese company.. never order directly from any foreign company. I will always go thru Amazon they have instant refund or replacement. TTLife sicks big time.

NT-02 to the Rescue! Just got the NT-02 today and wow, what a difference it's made for my mother with severe COPD. The machines we tried before just weren't cutting it. But with the NT-02, her breathing has improved noticeably. It's such a relief to see her more comfortable. Highly recommend the NT-02 for anyone struggling with similar issues.
