TtLife and their policies TtLife dealt with me over an Oxygen Concentrator I purchased. After I received the device i talked with my Pulmonologist. He decided the concentrator was not what I needed. I emailed with TTLife and they were wonderful. Offered me an even trade for another device. I decided to go a different route and ordered what I needed. Horrible customer service and dishonest They are just a bunch of scam artists. We wanted to return an unopened oxygen concentrator and they made the return process so difficult with constant back and forth emails and then demanded that unless the device reached them within 2 days of their final email they would not honor the refund. This company should be shut down.

I was impressed with the customer… I was impressed with the customer service team, they patiently asked me what I wanted and I told them it was for my mom who lives in Florida and has emphysema. Then they recommended a suitable machine to me and provided a good discount to ease my burden. Thank you for their help.
