TtLife and their policies TtLife dealt with me over an Oxygen Concentrator I purchased. After I received the device i talked with my Pulmonologist. He decided the concentrator was not what I needed. I emailed with TTLife and they were wonderful. Offered me an even trade for another device. I decided to go a different route and ordered what I needed. Two years out, and I'm mostly back to myself, though I still need a little help at night. I'm really pleased with the NT-04 oxygen concentrator — it's been a reliable companion through my daily life. Largely automated customer service email replies. Makes customer pay for shipping of returns. They do not take back accessories and supplies. Only the machines.
