TtLife and their policies TtLife dealt with me over an Oxygen Concentrator I purchased. After I received the device i talked with my Pulmonologist. He decided the concentrator was not what I needed. I emailed with TTLife and they were wonderful. Offered me an even trade for another device. I decided to go a different route and ordered what I needed. Poor customer service Although the machine has arrived, and seems to be in good working order, their customer service is an absolute nightmare. Avoid this place like the plague. They are slow to answer their emails and don’t answer the phone because they don’t speak English. I wish I could come here and read the reviews first. Edit: the machine has stopped working and they will do nothing about it.

Largely automated customer service email replies. Makes customer pay for shipping of returns. They do not take back accessories and supplies. Only the machines.

NT-02 to the Rescue! Just got the NT-02 today and wow, what a difference it's made for my mother with severe COPD. The machines we tried before just weren't cutting it. But with the NT-02, her breathing has improved noticeably. It's such a relief to see her more comfortable. Highly recommend the NT-02 for anyone struggling with similar issues.
