One of my worst experiences One of my worst experiences working with a company ever. They don't have the components to make their product due to back order, but don't tell you that up front. So orders are months behind. When mine did finally arrive, the left ear mold was completely wrong - had to redo the mold and entire units all together. They also came with some options wrong (i.e. wire coming out bottom of ear instead of top. Also, frankly, they are not that comfortable either.) Then they took another 5 - 6 weeks to even fix that. Shipped to the wrong address, which meant I had to drive these all the way up to my rep for verification. The list goes on. Long story short, they do not stand behind their products, communication is awful and there is zero guarantee customer satisfaction. Once you hand your money over, it's gone, whether you are satisfied or not. I would avoid this company.

Big Ear Longtime Customer Following an extremely long motorcycle ride my husband and I arrived at the BMW MOA. We were exhausted even before the event had started. We stumbled upon Big Ear after hearing about them for years. They had stiff competition at the show that we almost went with as Big Ears prices are fairly expensive. With that being said we experienced very good service and received products that we still use to this day years later. We just purchased a new set of filtered earplugs and wear them when we ride. Love them and couldn’t be more pleased.

Last year, I bought 5 motorcycle helmets to find a silent one, but they were all noisy. So, I ordered earplugs from BigEar. These plugs are incredibly comfortable and do an excellent job. They cut out wind noise, and I can hear my communication system 10 times better. I highly recommend this product. Additionally, Stone's customer service is amazing. He's a true enthusiast. I met him this year at the Montreal Motorcycle Show – a really charming and passionate guy. The investment is worth every dollar.

The best motorcycle earplugs ever! The personal touch from Stone and the rest of the folks at BigEar is what sets them apart. I ordered “The One” motorcycle custom molded earplugs and also ordered a pair for my wife. The communication in sending the ear mold kit was excellent (the labeling and instructions with the mold kit are great as well). They communicated when they received our ear molds and sent our molds off to the lab for making our custom earplugs along with the timeframe when we could expect the finished plugs. At first I tested the earplugs in the living room while all 4 of my sons were playing…loudly! The amount of their vocal noise I could hear through the plugs worried me at first. Then I thought “Hey, the filters are meant to block sound outside of the vocal spectrum…it would be a better test to go ride my motorcycle.” Well, I can definitely say that these plugs ROCK! I don’t have to turn my Sena Headset volume up any louder than I would without hearing protection and can communicate with my riding team clearly and without having to shout. All other noises are muffled to a comfortable and tolerable level while still being perceptible and keeping me aware of my surroundings. These are compared to the Pinlock filtered earplugs I used prior which required me to crank the volume on my headset to the max to hear anyone and I yelled often because I could barely hear anything. The BigEar “One” earplugs are a real treat! The lanyard makes it easy to remember to reinsert my plugs prior to taking off after any stops on the bike, something I’d forget to do often after putting my pin lock plugs away. These have become my favorite motorcycle accessory. I don’t ride without using them now!

I love my Big Ear's Picked up a pair of adaptors for my Bose Proflight and a pair of earplugs for my motorcycle. The aviation adaptors are extremely comfortable and I don't dread putting on my headset. The earplugs have made my long road trips amazing and so much more comfortable.
