Owner is AWOL… Company does not stand behind the product. Could not get a rep to even call me until I repeatedly dogged them. Then they said something like, well our owner isn't even here anymore. He moved to another country. What is that? The Mr. Glenn Hood that this company says is the founder, is not even at the company anymore? Buyer beware.

Glenn is awesome Glenn is awesome! I contacted Glenn to make sure I was ordering the right type of earplugs for wearing under a snug full face helmet. He was very patient with explaining all the differences between the earplugs. I'm glad he spent the time to answer all my questions. The earplugs feel very comfortable and I should be able to wear them all day without any issues.

Pair of soft headphones dual driver I just Ordered a pair of soft earplugs for my motorcycle and they are game changing. Hands down the best money I've ever spent on something for my motorcycle other than my motorcycle. It took a little bit to get used to wearing them but when I settled in, it's been pure bliss.

19” Audio Cable is Poor Quality I rate the dual transducer in ear monitors as excellent! Well made that deliver incredible sound especially for their size. They are superior to in helmet speakers. However, the audio cable they came with is far too long so I ordered the 19” cable. Unfortunately, the quality of the shorter cable is subpar with one of the connectors coming loose from the transducer while the other connector surprisingly stays in plays which indicates poor and inconsistent manufacturing with little quality control. For that reason I am rating these 1 Star. They should never have been shipped out to customers. Glenn has been available to help rectify but the solution is a patch. I will try the alternate recommended fix but if that fails I will request a refund. I don’t recommend ordering the shorter cable until new designs are available.

Last year, I bought 5 motorcycle helmets to find a silent one, but they were all noisy. So, I ordered earplugs from BigEar. These plugs are incredibly comfortable and do an excellent job. They cut out wind noise, and I can hear my communication system 10 times better. I highly recommend this product. Additionally, Stone's customer service is amazing. He's a true enthusiast. I met him this year at the Montreal Motorcycle Show – a really charming and passionate guy. The investment is worth every dollar.
