OEM Replacement Part-Drill Charger My Black + Decker cordless drill needed charging and my charger was nowhere to be found. I was re-roofing patio and wanted to be done before it rained. Online I found a variety of chargers, some costing almost as much as the drill. I purchased OEM from Max Tool and choose standard shipping. SURPRISE! It arrived way ahead of schedule. Roof complete. I know where my charger is.

Beware, Bait and Switch Scheme. Beware!! MaxTool tried a 'bait and switch' scheme on us. They advertised a 'reconditioned' Honda lawnmower that was only "used around the showroom but never on grass" at a discounted price that seemed almost too good to be true. They sent out a used, far lesser machine that looks very similar and is difficult to discern from the unit purchased. But they are not stupid, they did not defend the discrepancy when I called to notify them. But they did not have a replacement to send (surprise-surprise). They did a lot of fast talking and made strenuous efforts to reassure me that it wasn't a bait-and-switch scheme; as con artists would.

They sent incomplete orders that they could not take care of. Filed for a return of incomplete products through their process. (nightmare). Retuned my items. And they won't refund our money. The pricing is great, far better than the local national hardware/garden center chain store. I had a question and their customer service chat was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. My questions and concerns were answered clearly. My item was shipped the afternoon that I ordered it and the only reason it arrived a day later than expected was on FedEx, not MaxTool. This is during the midst of the Corona Virus outbreak so I do not fault FedEx for being a day late and hope they made much more important deliveries than a lawnmower first. Especially since it hasn't stopped raining here long enough to mow in several weeks! Thanks, Liv

I purchased a new Makita 18v x2 trimmer… I purchased a new Makita 18v x2 trimmer (roughly $400 total) I received a box that was ripped to shreds and tapped poorly back together. None of the batteries were in the plastic wraps and neither was the double charger. I purchased 4 batteries and only received two. Everything was covered in grass clippings and the unit itself had scratches and paint missing in a spot. I don't understand how this could leave their warehouse. Now i'm suppose to wait for their reps to deem it "returnable" however long that may be, then wait a couple days after to get a return label, ship it back 4-5 business days, then wait another 4-5 business days to get a new unit. Total joke
