Horrible communication Horrible communication. Received defective unit and immediately opened a case with Max Tool. They refuse to respond to emails about the case status. Don't even bother calling them.... you will be on hold for 30 minutes then the system will tell you no one is available to take your call. So here I sit... with a very expensive tool that arrived broken and I can't communicate with anyone to resolve the issue.

I ordered a Dewalt drill set I ordered a Dewalt drill set. When I went to order it, it stated that this drill set will come with 2 large extra batteries. I thought it to be to good to be true, as these batteries usually run almost as much as what I was paying for the drill set. When I received the drill set, the 2 large batteries were not in the box, so hesitantly I called MaxTools assuming I would have to fight to get the batteries, but I didn't. I mentioned I got the drill set but the batteries were not included and the guy apologized to me for the mishap and took my information and had the batteries in the mail the next day. Very pleased with my purchase, and MaxTools

The pricing is great, far better than the local national hardware/garden center chain store. I had a question and their customer service chat was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. My questions and concerns were answered clearly. My item was shipped the afternoon that I ordered it and the only reason it arrived a day later than expected was on FedEx, not MaxTool. This is during the midst of the Corona Virus outbreak so I do not fault FedEx for being a day late and hope they made much more important deliveries than a lawnmower first. Especially since it hasn't stopped raining here long enough to mow in several weeks! Thanks, Liv

Quality products at excellent prices This was the first time I ordered from Maxtool. I bought 3 different sizes of Dewalt mobile storage units. Shopping the website was easy, along with the order process. The shipping of the items came in a very timely manner. I felt the price I paid was for the Dewalt storage units was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Maxtool to other people.

wrong intake plug connection. Your service is ok but my Reliance generator transfer switch has the wrong 4 prong twist lock plug installed in it. The one prong that is L shaped is shaped in wrong direction than the standard direction that most generators use . The generator cord I purchased does not fit into the transfer switch inlet plug. But my cord fits my Honda generator. 👎
