DKGerber machete..Gerber Gator folder..Gerber guardian II i used a gerber gator pocket knife cutting some wood the pivot screw Broke......And i broke there 12inch manchete aswell chopping down a small treeO_O!??!The gerber guardian II if you out there behind the cpu has one of them trow it away where no one will find it or hang it on a wall and DONT EVER SWING IT PLZ! the blade can fly out of the handle and hit some one if you swing it!! the blade only goes and 2 inches ind to the handle!!What the hell were you thinking wen you made thes tools gerber!?!?! GERBER TOOLS SUCK!!! Buy your tools else where Plenty of other companys out there that has MUCH better tools

DMLet me just day that this is the worse… Let me just day that this is the worse customer experience ever! The items aret always delayed!!!!! My package was sent to the incorrect address, no one answers emails! I will not be shopping anymore!

FINo access to Gerber complaints I tried to send the below to Gerber, but their site does not accept any messages and has no service to European customers - but gives a non-operating link to such service. "I have had the Dime for - say - 6 years as a key ring. Used it about 15 times annually. It seems to surprisingly weak. The "stoppers" bend and the blades move to much. Today the knife did not tolerate cutting plastic tape. The blade is very sharp. - But can not use to tool - the Dime - any more. It is dangerous. I am located in Europe. 'If you are a European Union citizen/resident and need assistance for Contact or Warranty, please use our International Customer Care Contact Page.' - There is no such page. I do not reach anybody. - In addison: 'We're currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later." - I got a feeling, that I have to wait for long.

GBGreat Product...Poor service Gerber Obsidian is a great pocket knife. Very solid tool. Has basic screwdrivers, file that most really need besides a great solid construction. That said, I sent two or three e-mails requesting knife be sent by USPS instead of United Parcel Service. Shipping was half the price. Postal service better service in my rural area. Called company customer service number. Two point Enterprises never got back to me. Feel ignored. Seemed like they got my money, delivered their product the way they wanted regardless of my wishes...case closed. Most of my issues with Northeast Missouri UPS service. Overpriced. Box was opened when it arrived. Knife loose in the package. Pouch was well sealed. Knife undamaged. Don't know if there was supposed to be a belt holder of any kind. Better to do business with Amazon.com or outside marketer. Two Point Enterprise web site defaulted back to UPS when I clicked USPS for shipping. Would not go back without shutting off web browser. Bottom line is five star rating on product. One star or less if an option for Two Point customer service.

CHGood enough I am very happy with the knife I ordered (Gerber LMF II) and I received it within 10 days in a good shape. The knife is nice and as described on the website (even better than the picture actually). I was just disapointed about the shipping charges of $44 for shipping to Europe. It's half the price of the knife.... I recommand this tool to people who wants a resistant and working knife.
