Great great service!!! I would definitely buy on this website again!! I ordered a folding knife + laser engraving. First I was a little bit afraid of the result as I couldn't get a preview of the text, but I turned out to be just perfect! Not to big, and quite discrete. I also had some trouble during my order: as my paypal account is registered in France, the store website automatically charged me for an expensive shipping in Europe and I didn't notice that before I validated the payment. I called the contact phone number to explain my situation.. thinking that I would never be refunded.. but I talked to the nicest man who immediately helped me and send me my money back the next minute without any discussion. I have to say he made my day!!!! This company definitely cares about its costumers and knows how to communicate. I really recommend it!!!!

Order Status Issue!!! I ordered this gerber Multi-Tool last week and even though the Postal Service has been notified that a package is ready. I assume it has not shipped as of yet as I have not received anything more from the USPS or Gerber-Tools. Also after checking pricing at Lowe's I found it cheaper there.

Gerber Camp Rock Serrated I could'nt get the knife in the Netherlands, so I ordered it at Gerber Tools. Easy fill in order. Site is very clear. And shipping is easy trackable. Good job GERBER !! Good Customer Service I placed my order Sunday night, and with regular USPS shipping my tool arrived by Thursday. And it was engraved! The website is easily navigable, and for someone who knows little about knives I found it very easy to figure out what I wanted.

Good enough I am very happy with the knife I ordered (Gerber LMF II) and I received it within 10 days in a good shape. The knife is nice and as described on the website (even better than the picture actually). I was just disapointed about the shipping charges of $44 for shipping to Europe. It's half the price of the knife.... I recommand this tool to people who wants a resistant and working knife.
