Great customer service and great product I bought the Gerber Hinderer CLS Knife for my husband (a paramedic) as a birthday gift. It arrived so quickly that he opened it before his birthday and has been using it ever since! The brand was recommended by other paramedics and he will recommend it to others.

They just don't respond Another time I wished I'd looked at the reviews first. My order was mid December and it's still not been resolved. The responses to emails are a week delayed at best. There's no phone number, no online chat... I'm stuck. Edit - the day after posting this I magically got a refund after 20 days.

Good enough I am very happy with the knife I ordered (Gerber LMF II) and I received it within 10 days in a good shape. The knife is nice and as described on the website (even better than the picture actually). I was just disapointed about the shipping charges of $44 for shipping to Europe. It's half the price of the knife.... I recommand this tool to people who wants a resistant and working knife.

Great great service!!! I would definitely buy on this website again!! I ordered a folding knife + laser engraving. First I was a little bit afraid of the result as I couldn't get a preview of the text, but I turned out to be just perfect! Not to big, and quite discrete. I also had some trouble during my order: as my paypal account is registered in France, the store website automatically charged me for an expensive shipping in Europe and I didn't notice that before I validated the payment. I called the contact phone number to explain my situation.. thinking that I would never be refunded.. but I talked to the nicest man who immediately helped me and send me my money back the next minute without any discussion. I have to say he made my day!!!! This company definitely cares about its costumers and knows how to communicate. I really recommend it!!!!

Great Product...Poor service Gerber Obsidian is a great pocket knife. Very solid tool. Has basic screwdrivers, file that most really need besides a great solid construction. That said, I sent two or three e-mails requesting knife be sent by USPS instead of United Parcel Service. Shipping was half the price. Postal service better service in my rural area. Called company customer service number. Two point Enterprises never got back to me. Feel ignored. Seemed like they got my money, delivered their product the way they wanted regardless of my wishes...case closed. Most of my issues with Northeast Missouri UPS service. Overpriced. Box was opened when it arrived. Knife loose in the package. Pouch was well sealed. Knife undamaged. Don't know if there was supposed to be a belt holder of any kind. Better to do business with Amazon.com or outside marketer. Two Point Enterprise web site defaulted back to UPS when I clicked USPS for shipping. Would not go back without shutting off web browser. Bottom line is five star rating on product. One star or less if an option for Two Point customer service.
