Buyer beware Buyer beware. For one, if you use PayPal, you know you are supposed to be able to review order once leaving your PayPal wallet, they force orders through instantly. They use confusing terms for promotions. They stated that could get 120.00 off for purchasing Milwaukee load out items but after purchase they only qualified add ons to the portable storage. I immediately contacted them and PayPal and asked not to ship yet they shipped it anyway. Now I have to wait to get it to return it for a refund. They only shipped addons and not the portable storage. They charged me for all items. The email was politically correct and polite but did not address issues. Okay, I think you get a good picture of what to look out for. Other than that they usually have fast shipping and good pricing.

Received a 7 quart igloo cooler with… Received a 7 quart igloo cooler with insulated lid shipped by Acme tools for father's day. Lid does not latch in closed position just falls open. Very disappointed! Bungee cord required. Sucks!

Acme Tools has been great for us.... Having ordered several times from Acme Tools, sure, like most suppliers, there has been an issue or two over the years.... but their customer service has been excellent. And for us, resolving a problem without a lot of hassle is imperative for online purchases. If you do have an issue, take photos and send to them.... nobody can take anyone's word in the virtual world if they want to stay in business.

I have to call for updates. and been told 3 times its a back order item but on there website its says its in stock. ONLY PROMOTION ITEMS ARE ON BACK ORDER ??? Note to myself stay clear from promotions
