Placed an order for DeWalt tools for a… Placed an order for DeWalt tools for a Christmas Gift. Received no response. Then they said it would be delivered by December 15th. No further updates and Didn't receive it even by Christmas. Then received a email that they cancelled the order. Horrible company, terrible communication, completely unreliable and just downright dishonest. Avoid at all costs

Total scam AcmeToolsOnline is a total scam. 5 star fake reviews. Site claimed to have 560 of the product in inventory. Paid extra for 5 - 7day ”express shipping". Order status remained at "order being processed" for 5 weeks. the email address for customer service gets "actively rejected" by their server. I paid with PayPal who immediately provided an instant refund. You have been warned!

They take no responsibility should… They take no responsibility should something go wrong in the delivery, even if their own negligence caused it. Maybe they are a better store than an online store, but my package got stolen because they failed to let me know when the item had shipped.
