GBWould order again... Ditto as others have said when ordering on/around the hurricane; a bit of a delay, but emails were timely and overall satisfied with the purchase. I like that boxes are vacuum sealed...if the boxes aren't - but that's really not a big deal; I understand why boxes are often opened (and it really doesn't matter with whom you're ordering Cuban cigars...more often than not, the box with be opened. I would purchase again fro DFCC, as their prices are very competitive and they seem to have more of the 'hard to find' vitolas than other retailers.

GBTHEY DONT SHIP WHAT YOU PAY FOR I ordered a package of cigars for my husband on December 6,2019 for a Christmas present. It is March 12, 2020 and I still have not even received a shipping notification. I have tried to contact the owner numerous times asking for an update or a refund and have received no response. DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM! $150 gone.

GBI agree with Tim I agree with Tim. I ordered on Dec 18. Received an email right away for Damien. Followed instructions per the agreement for payment. Then radio silence. Website for my order continues to say pending. I have asked multiple times for an update and nothing. I could understand if there was a delay due to the holidays but when someone goes radio silent it indicates otherwise. Damien wasn’t radio silent when it came to getting paid first. Might as well wipe your butt with the money and flush it down the drain. Update Feb 23. Still absolutely no answer from Damian or anyone else for that matter. I have asked for a timeline to get delivered or if that can’t be provided a refund. They do not respond. Save your money and go elsewhere. Where is my money or my cigars??? (March 4th).

GBPlaced my order on June 6, 2019 - zero communication Placed my order on June 6, 2019. I've emailed Damian 4 times since then asking for order status. To date I have have received no response to my emails. My order remains "pending" on the website. As others have noted, I also have ordered and received product from another site (two orders since placing this order with Duty Free!) This has been a frustrating experience, zero communication. UPDATE 9/26/19 - Received a refund today from Damian.

GBNo communication after 4 emails each… No communication after 4 emails each week to verify if the site is even real. Same experience as many others you order, and then nothing. I work for a cc processor and I'm writing Visa and MasterCard to suspend the accounts from this scam website.
