I ordered 2 boxes of cuban cigar… I ordered 2 boxes of cuban cigar from this website in September, 2019. More than 2 months later no items. I tried to contact Damian but phone was disconnected and no active email address. He took my money right away but no cigars....

Order #18207 Order #18207 STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE ! Ordered over $1300 in cigars on Sept 2 2019. Still received NOTHING to this day! Got a response a few times when I contacted Damian saying cigars were getting mailed, but then no response to any texts or emails at all. I asked repeatedly for a refund. No response. This is obviously just a scam to screw people out of their hard earned money!

Avoid DutyFreeCigars.com I ordered my cigars well over a month ago as a Christmas gift. They took my money and I heard absolutely nothing as to when I might receive my cigars. So I sent several emails and finally got a response saying that I would have them before Christmas. Nope!! Never received a thing and no more contact from Damien or anyone else. This has been the worst online experience of my life!!
