We really needed it the day after … We really needed it the day after order, the rep said it would be here that Friday. It was not. Then Transcat called one of my engineers (not the guy that made the order) just to say they will send it next week. It was one bad experience, however, generally Trasncat performs excellently.

The product presentation and… The product presentation and description was misleading and I though I was getting a complete product rather than just leads. I am not happy at a all and will not be using your company again.

Poor Delivery follow ups We paid 100 % advance payment to Transcat on Aug 16, 2017 against order number D51A2/00. Delivery for all items were 3 weeks Max (Order copy attached). October 1, 2017. we have been told that Item No. 65-120 060 is delayed from manufacturer and now it will be delivered on October 31, 2017. and item No. 52811398 was not ordered by Transcat as the part number is changed. Transcat has issued a new order F6105245 for item Number 65-120 060 (Qty-1) & Item 52811398 (Qty-2)and told us that this time complete order will be delivered on October 31, 2017. (Order copy attached) Now today you are telling me that as per your record 52811398 only 1 item was ordered. and 65-120 060 will be delivered by November 1, 2017. We need detailed explanation why our order is mishandled since August 16, 2017

Terrible experience in a range of… Terrible experience in a range of aspects from the timeliness and quality of communication to the aggressive and unreasonable pricing imposed with no reasoning but "$3000 minimum charge". Dane Dalton is the person I dealt with - he was rude, did not reply to our communication and when he did the answers to my inquiries were evasive. The simple request for a break down cost of the quote was not addressed. If this is the culture promoted then it is an original and dangerous approach to customer "success".
