GBAwful customer service!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND Awful customer service. Reached out several times months ahead for calibration services and Transcat was not responsive. Ended up scheduling the day the equipment was due and technician did not show up. 3 months later and I still have not received calibration certificates- reached out and Debra Licup of Transcat was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful, I had to do her job for her and provide more information than I needed to, just to find the certificates. Still don't have them.

PKPoor Delivery follow ups We paid 100 % advance payment to Transcat on Aug 16, 2017 against order number D51A2/00. Delivery for all items were 3 weeks Max (Order copy attached). October 1, 2017. we have been told that Item No. 65-120 060 is delayed from manufacturer and now it will be delivered on October 31, 2017. and item No. 52811398 was not ordered by Transcat as the part number is changed. Transcat has issued a new order F6105245 for item Number 65-120 060 (Qty-1) & Item 52811398 (Qty-2)and told us that this time complete order will be delivered on October 31, 2017. (Order copy attached) Now today you are telling me that as per your record 52811398 only 1 item was ordered. and 65-120 060 will be delivered by November 1, 2017. We need detailed explanation why our order is mishandled since August 16, 2017

GBWe really needed it the day after … We really needed it the day after order, the rep said it would be here that Friday. It was not. Then Transcat called one of my engineers (not the guy that made the order) just to say they will send it next week. It was one bad experience, however, generally Trasncat performs excellently.

GBThe Oakton PH Instrument arrived and it … The Oakton PH Instrument arrived and it apparently does not work I will be going out in the field to recover it. The field personnel reported that the Transcat shipped the device, in out of specification weather conditions. The device was shipped in below 6 degree weather and it apparently damaged the device because it will not energize.
