GBThe order was shipped to the wrong … The order was shipped to the wrong address. I gace my home office address to have order shipped to and even paid with my personal credit card by package was shipped to my companies corporate office instead. I still don't have package and my company had to pay shipping again to ship me package.

GBWe really needed it the day after … We really needed it the day after order, the rep said it would be here that Friday. It was not. Then Transcat called one of my engineers (not the guy that made the order) just to say they will send it next week. It was one bad experience, however, generally Trasncat performs excellently.

GBAbsolutely horrible!! This is the SECOND time they broke a piece of equipment that was working perfectly fine when I sent it in. They broke the wires (that are in a spot that cannot be replaced or fixed). My company uses them for calibration. After the first time the equipment was useless and had to be trashed. NO REFUND after I complained to them. I was very specific for them to not damage a second one the next time, and took pictures, and they assured me it would not be broken again. They returned it with the wires BENT and BROKEN. I will find another place to send this for calibration. Do not send your equipment here, unless you want it to be broken!!

GBRude Driver A transcat driver, tag NJ XGLT40, cut me off on the interstate forcing me to swerve into another lane. I was very obviously in the drivers line of sight. But in an effort to get around the traffic the driver pulled into my lane forcing me to swerve to prevent an accident.
