GBThe original order acknowledgment from … The original order acknowledgment from 10/31 stated that my order would ship in 2-3 weeks. On 11/30 I followed up for tracking information because the order had not been received. Customer service advised that the order had been pushed out to 12/18 which is 7 weeks (a whole month late). It shipped on 12/22. I needed it over a month ago; the delays in shipping are unacceptable.

GBThe mfg of the product ordered thru … The mfg of the product ordered thru Transcat had scheduled a move which delayed our shipment by months. We were not aware of this until it had happened. There should have more communication up front that the lead time was inaccurate and would be extended due to the relocation.

GBThe Oakton PH Instrument arrived and it … The Oakton PH Instrument arrived and it apparently does not work I will be going out in the field to recover it. The field personnel reported that the Transcat shipped the device, in out of specification weather conditions. The device was shipped in below 6 degree weather and it apparently damaged the device because it will not energize.

GBTerrible customer service Ugh. Several mixups with a couple of orders, one shipment arrived over a year and a half after the order had been quoted and placed! I wouldn't mind all of that, as the order had been for pipettes and we always need them, and we were all operating in pandemic/post-pandemic time so I'm okay with a lot of problems. But, we were overcharged for shipping (we were charged the entire quoted amount for s/h on the first (partial) shipment (over $100! for one carton)), and then every other carton that came included an additional s/h charge. I spent many hours providing customer service with the documentation they asked for, and they agreed they'd overcharged us, but they would NOT refund the excess charge. I kept asking for a refund check and the agent kept saying they'd credit our account, and I kept saying I wanted a refund check and the agent kept saying they'd credit our account. I never want to buy another effing pipette from them ever, so I'd really like my refund check!

GBThe product presentation and… The product presentation and description was misleading and I though I was getting a complete product rather than just leads. I am not happy at a all and will not be using your company again.
