GBRude Driver A transcat driver, tag NJ XGLT40, cut me off on the interstate forcing me to swerve into another lane. I was very obviously in the drivers line of sight. But in an effort to get around the traffic the driver pulled into my lane forcing me to swerve to prevent an accident.

I was promised by Transcat that my order was placed and would be received by the end of December and would be shipped in one order. I have received (2) partial orders so far and still have not received all of my order and it is January 11, 2018. We deal with Transcat daily and have a huge calibration contract with them. This has been a horrible experience overall!!!

GBAwful customer service!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND Awful customer service. Reached out several times months ahead for calibration services and Transcat was not responsive. Ended up scheduling the day the equipment was due and technician did not show up. 3 months later and I still have not received calibration certificates- reached out and Debra Licup of Transcat was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful, I had to do her job for her and provide more information than I needed to, just to find the certificates. Still don't have them.

GBThe Oakton PH Instrument arrived and it … The Oakton PH Instrument arrived and it apparently does not work I will be going out in the field to recover it. The field personnel reported that the Transcat shipped the device, in out of specification weather conditions. The device was shipped in below 6 degree weather and it apparently damaged the device because it will not energize.
