GBShipped a book out on August 30th Shipped a book out on August 30th, they received it September 4th. Haven't received my money, an email, or a response from their "customer service." Im waiting for a response back saying that there was damage or water though I shipped it in a protected binder and packaging. didn't check the reviews before I sent it. Highly suggest just going through Chegg. Customer service is phenomenal and received my money. Wouldn't trust this company or suggest them until I receive my money.

GBGreat Company To Do Business With I've used this company for buybacks for over a year and have nothing but praise for the integrity of their service. This is one of the few buyback companies will still pay you a generous portion of their quoted price if the book does not completely meet all their condition requirement. (Other companies will discard the book for one violation.) They are easy to deal with and pay promptly. I've sent dozens of buybacks to them and never experienced any difficulty with them. A very competent and trustworthy company!

GBI Sold a Book To Them On 2/9/24 United… I Sold a Book To Them On 2/9/24 United State Postal Service and it was delivered to them on it’s Now 2/12/2024 it’s now 2/22/24 and I haven’t received any response when or a confirmation that they Got the Book..This is a Dishonest Company don’t use them AT ALL

GBIt’s been 3 weeks since I shipped my order It’s been 3 weeks since I shipped my order. It barely got processed a week ago, and I still haven’t gotten paid despite them stating that it takes 5 business days to get paid via PayPal (which is the option I chose). Checked my order status this morning, and it says to contact customer. After reading the horrible reviews I have no doubt in my mind that they are going to try and completely change my quote ... if and when they do contact me. Just the fact that they copy and paste their customer replies is enough to let me know that this company isn’t worth doing business with. I will update my review if anything changes.

GBPOOR COMMUNICATION I shipped my book almost 3 weeks ago. I have not received any feedback concerning the status of the book. I chose the check option, because I don’t have paypal. I asked when the check would be here and still haven’t gotten a response. Not saying this is a bad company, but if we had better communication it would be a lot better. If anything changes I will update my review.
