USPOOR COMMUNICATION I shipped my book almost 3 weeks ago. I have not received any feedback concerning the status of the book. I chose the check option, because I don’t have paypal. I asked when the check would be here and still haven’t gotten a response. Not saying this is a bad company, but if we had better communication it would be a lot better. If anything changes I will update my review.

USI just sent them a buyback on 12/3 and… I just sent them a buyback on 12/3 and tracked it and said it would be delivered to them today. Got an alert that said at 2:48pm that said "delivery attempted- no access to delivery location". I so wish I would have checked the reviews before I sent out my buyback I got a strong feeling I'm not going to get my money. What business isn't available during business hours? Not to mention I just discovered there is no way to contact Textbook Maniac about. Guess I'll sit on my hands and hope that dont take advantage of me how I'm predicting. Omg

USI should have read reviews first I should have read reviews first. Sent book in. Today I received my Package RTS, saying postage was owed and received refused. Oh, and guess what? Package was ripped open and book was taken out! Filler was in but no book. Let's entertain the idea for a second that Textbook Maniac didn't take the book (doubtful)...there's still the problem of them not giving enough for postage and refusing to pay the difference once it arrived. This whole thing screams scam. Avoid at all costs. Response to Textbook Maniacs response: Sticker said that recipient refused so someone isn't being truthful here.

USDon't send them your books, they are theives!!! I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I sent them my perfect condition textbook (that I originally bought from my university) and they claimed that my book was "counterfeit" and that they could not pay me for it but also could not send it back to me because it's "against their policy". Even after providing proof of purchase from the bookstore they still would not pay for or return my book. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR BOOKS THEY ARE CROOKS AND THEIR "POLICY" IS STEALING FROM COLLEGE STUDENTS!!!!

USStole my book!!! I sent two books to textbook maniac. They emailed me informing me they didn’t receive the expensive book and have adjusted the total to the cheap one. I packaged both my books in the same box with the packing slip as the directions say. They have a great scheme going over there. I contacted the company and they say that they have many people check the boxes and cannot do anything. This is stealing!!! I have sold books through various other companies and never had any issues especially like this!
