Dont sell here, youll just lose your stuff or your money. Reply from Textbook Manic (AKA Textbook Crooks): "Maybe it was damaged in transit." The book was packed in a sturdy box with bubble wrap and sent off in good condition. Yet somehow it arrived with "severe damage with staining and water wrinkling." Either TM needs to find themselves a better shipper that won't leave packages out in the rain or they are crooks who stole my book, got out of paying me $50, & got to re-sell the book for a hefty markup. Burn your old textbooks before you let these people steal yours for a profit.

Sold textbooks & received payment promptly This was a completely pain-free process. I mailed back my books using the provided print-out labels, and within a week received an email from Textbook Maniac that they received the package. After a few days or so, they told me that my payment was on its way and a check arrived in the mail within the 3-7 business day span for the amount I agreed to sell them. The negative reviews on here may be coming from people trying to sell back books in poor condition. It may be important to make sure your books are in good shape before you try to sell them.

SCAM! Stay away! The company is a scam. BEWARE! I sent my textbooks to this company on 5/10/2018 and have not received any payment (today is 6/7/2018). I have emailed the customer service three times now, each time they respond saying that my order is "processing." At this point, I do not expect to realistically receive any payment. It's disgusting to me that this company has created a business based on taking advantage of students.

Worst company ever wish I would of read… Worst company ever wish I would of read reviews before I sold my books they claimed one of my books never made it when both of the book where together in the same package it’s no way they got one without the other !! PLEASE DONT SELL BOOKS TO THIS COMPANY !!

It’s been 3 weeks since I shipped my order It’s been 3 weeks since I shipped my order. It barely got processed a week ago, and I still haven’t gotten paid despite them stating that it takes 5 business days to get paid via PayPal (which is the option I chose). Checked my order status this morning, and it says to contact customer. After reading the horrible reviews I have no doubt in my mind that they are going to try and completely change my quote ... if and when they do contact me. Just the fact that they copy and paste their customer replies is enough to let me know that this company isn’t worth doing business with. I will update my review if anything changes.
