GBPOOR COMMUNICATION I shipped my book almost 3 weeks ago. I have not received any feedback concerning the status of the book. I chose the check option, because I don’t have paypal. I asked when the check would be here and still haven’t gotten a response. Not saying this is a bad company, but if we had better communication it would be a lot better. If anything changes I will update my review.

GBTheyll steal your books and say theyre… Theyll steal your books and say theyre severely damaged then hold them hostage for a $4 shipping charge. Dont sell here, youll just lose your stuff or your money. Reply from Textbook Manic (AKA Textbook Crooks): "Maybe it was damaged in transit." The book was packed in a sturdy box with bubble wrap and sent off in good condition. Yet somehow it arrived with "severe damage with staining and water wrinkling." Either TM needs to find themselves a better shipper that won't leave packages out in the rain or they are crooks who stole my book, got out of paying me $50, & got to re-sell the book for a hefty markup. Burn your old textbooks before you let these people steal yours for a profit.

GBDon't send them your books, they are theives!!! I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I sent them my perfect condition textbook (that I originally bought from my university) and they claimed that my book was "counterfeit" and that they could not pay me for it but also could not send it back to me because it's "against their policy". Even after providing proof of purchase from the bookstore they still would not pay for or return my book. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR BOOKS THEY ARE CROOKS AND THEIR "POLICY" IS STEALING FROM COLLEGE STUDENTS!!!!

GBWorst company ever wish I would of read… Worst company ever wish I would of read reviews before I sold my books they claimed one of my books never made it when both of the book where together in the same package it’s no way they got one without the other !! PLEASE DONT SELL BOOKS TO THIS COMPANY !!

GBIt’s been 3 weeks since I shipped my order It’s been 3 weeks since I shipped my order. It barely got processed a week ago, and I still haven’t gotten paid despite them stating that it takes 5 business days to get paid via PayPal (which is the option I chose). Checked my order status this morning, and it says to contact customer. After reading the horrible reviews I have no doubt in my mind that they are going to try and completely change my quote ... if and when they do contact me. Just the fact that they copy and paste their customer replies is enough to let me know that this company isn’t worth doing business with. I will update my review if anything changes.
