GBShop elsewhere -Deceptive marketing and poor quality Deceptive marketing and poor quality products. I purchased two of their knives after a good online review that referred to them as German Steel and Japanese and found them to be of poor quality and Chinese made. No where on their website or the packaging do they show the manufacturing origin. Terrible Customer service and overpriced. Go somewhere else

GBA different kind of grocery shopping experience I’ve gotten several different pantry items from the very unusual goods that you usually don’t find at the supermarket. All have been excellent and I will try new items from them

GBGreat customer service Great customer service. When they became aware that my product had not been delivered, they re-sent it immediately

GBIt's Buyer Beware from the Milk Street store. I have purchased a number of items from the Milk Street Store all of which were satisfactory. I recently purchased a non-slip mat for a cutting board. Well it does slip-- a lot. A dampened kitchen towel is far superior. I contacted customer service. I was informed that all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged. Basically it's a buyer beware business model. Not what one would expect from a premium webstore.

GBChristopher Kimball, essayist Christopher, you used to write the most wonderful essays! I hope you find a way to write new ones or publish a compilation in one of your cookbooks featuring your global insight into culinary practices around the world. Congratulations on the success of Milk Street.
