So- I’m one of those So- I’m one of those. I signed up and didn’t use it really. I didn’t do the suggested activities, which I KNOW would have helped. But I did sign in and engage and their suggestions were amazing. Wholistic. Then I forgot about it and was charged again. The day after the charges went through, I called and had the BEST experience with customer service. They refunded my money immediately and simply because of the respect and non pushy approach, I feel I will sign up again. My friends who have used Noom swear by it and are all in a better relationship with food and body image.

Simple tools are easier to keep using Gives me a way to re-center myself on my goals. Easy lookup for foods so I know what I'm eating And where I am in my day.

Willpower not included! Took advantage of their 2 weeks' trial for £1 - then was able to cancel subscription without any problems. I found this app very useful - the psychology and quizzes are interesting and informative, but at the end of the day, weightloss is down to your own willpower and choices (not to eat lots of calorific dense foods...), hence my decision to cancel the subscription... Nevertheless, I was impressed with the food look-up tool as it has a wide range of foods, including many supermarket own brands and even "well-known" diet plan meals.

I found the program to be too labor… I found the program to be too labor intensive with constantly having to keep track of each time I ate, moved, etc and it didn't work for me. I decided not to renew my 6 month membership because it wasn't a good fit for me however I apparently didn't cancel and they've charged me two more times since. I called and requested a refund and even though they can see I haven't logged in and used the program they won't issue a refund. I would not recommend doing business with any company that has an auto renew subscription that won't refund if you're not using their product.
