PHextra weight is something that I am… extra weight is something that I am struggling constantly with. I believe that it's possible to change the way I look but for this I must have a lot of willpower and true desire to lose it. due to this service I managed to realize how proper nutrition affects my weight. sometimes it's not even obligatory to exercise every day and exhaust yourself, more than just eating properly. it's all about psychology and thank to Noom for dispelling all the myths I have about eating. It's so valuable for me having such a backup during such tough period. but I ain't give up!

MYGood but expensive. Good but expensive. Have lost about 25lbs but at 72 its a slow process. Food Look up is surprisingly good with some Malaysian foods. I've found ways to work with it. Metric is preferable. Even the UK went Metric! Its expensive but possible to secure a discount if you ask. Customer service is hard work: too many different persons follow up and it becomes very tiresome. Nevertheless its a good app especially if you can secure a discount. Debiting seems to be a bit 'clunky' - some business like Pipedrive a CRM provider has an immediate debit once payment details are updated. Mebbe summat for Noom?

GBMonth1+ I feel more in control than before I started. Weight loss is slow, I don't understand the line chart for weight n what date is now anticipated for my first goal weight. I don't like food logging when I'm planning the meal choices in advance that u can't see the color of the food n nutrition info. I am more motivated to go to the gym.

PAFree to choose and find what works for you A brilliant app to change one's eating mindset. Easy to use, well presented lessons with a cheeky tone that does not impose while providing support. Best of all the idea that you have a calorie budget to spend and rather than taking away foods you want to eat you learn to manage them more carefully. I've had excellent feedback from the AI and quick responses from help centre too. Understanding portion size is tricky and could use some visual clues otherwise I'm sticking to my goal and seeing results.

GBExpensive gimmick! Nothing really tailor-made or psychological about this app. The "recipes" I got were all completely unimaginative ones that I already make - with additional, unnecessary carbs! The "exercise program" is just a .pdf of various HIIT and other workouts - none of which I had already advised NOOM I could do due to injury/cardio issues! Cancelled immediately. I'm already doing everything right if the app is anything to go by. Nothing here that anyone with an ounce of common sense doesn't already know.
