GBAt first I was skeptical At first I was skeptical. I thought the lessons were teaching me pretty obvious things but as the days have gone on I'm feeling much better and the lessons are forcing me to change my relationship with food. I have been eating more fruit and vegetables in the past week than I have in the past 4 months combined and as a result I have way more energy and my skin looks and feels better. I'm getting married this summer and whilst I wasn't massively overweight, at 10st 5 (5 ft 2) I felt dumpy and had a lot of body fat. Especially around my hips, belly and thighs. Cutting added sugars and cheese as well as extra fats and switching out potatoes or pasta for bulgur wheat has done wonders and I've already lost 5 lbs in 1 week. More importantly I feel like my body is healthier and I'm cleansing the impure stuff from my body. I feel far less bloated, more awake and have so much more energy. I think I'm a convert!

CASo- I’m one of those So- I’m one of those. I signed up and didn’t use it really. I didn’t do the suggested activities, which I KNOW would have helped. But I did sign in and engage and their suggestions were amazing. Wholistic. Then I forgot about it and was charged again. The day after the charges went through, I called and had the BEST experience with customer service. They refunded my money immediately and simply because of the respect and non pushy approach, I feel I will sign up again. My friends who have used Noom swear by it and are all in a better relationship with food and body image.

MYGood but expensive. Good but expensive. Have lost about 25lbs but at 72 its a slow process. Food Look up is surprisingly good with some Malaysian foods. I've found ways to work with it. Metric is preferable. Even the UK went Metric! Its expensive but possible to secure a discount if you ask. Customer service is hard work: too many different persons follow up and it becomes very tiresome. Nevertheless its a good app especially if you can secure a discount. Debiting seems to be a bit 'clunky' - some business like Pipedrive a CRM provider has an immediate debit once payment details are updated. Mebbe summat for Noom?

PAFree to choose and find what works for you A brilliant app to change one's eating mindset. Easy to use, well presented lessons with a cheeky tone that does not impose while providing support. Best of all the idea that you have a calorie budget to spend and rather than taking away foods you want to eat you learn to manage them more carefully. I've had excellent feedback from the AI and quick responses from help centre too. Understanding portion size is tricky and could use some visual clues otherwise I'm sticking to my goal and seeing results.
