Overall very helpful Love the lessons, accountability, and very reasonable and holistic approach to weight loss. The logging tool is very powerful in that it contains many packaged brand name foods and not just whole foods. It has some room for improvement though such as it could put recent items at the top for ease. Plus several foods are listed only by weight and I'm not interested in weighing everything. I also wish there were better tailoring for plant based diet. A lesson series and maybe even an adjusted green/yellow/orange categorization since many of the proteins for vegans are orange.

I believe that it's possible to change the way I look but for this I must have a lot of willpower and true desire to lose it. due to this service I managed to realize how proper nutrition affects my weight. sometimes it's not even obligatory to exercise every day and exhaust yourself, more than just eating properly. it's all about psychology and thank to Noom for dispelling all the myths I have about eating. It's so valuable for me having such a backup during such tough period. but I ain't give up!

Empowering and beyond useful I've loved seeing my mindset change without heavy restriction or feeling like I cannot be myself. I've felt so empowered to reach my goals and like I've actually been able to build good and lasting habits even with the struggle to make habits generally. Grateful to have noom in my life.

Good but expensive. Good but expensive. Have lost about 25lbs but at 72 its a slow process. Food Look up is surprisingly good with some Malaysian foods. I've found ways to work with it. Metric is preferable. Even the UK went Metric! Its expensive but possible to secure a discount if you ask. Customer service is hard work: too many different persons follow up and it becomes very tiresome. Nevertheless its a good app especially if you can secure a discount. Debiting seems to be a bit 'clunky' - some business like Pipedrive a CRM provider has an immediate debit once payment details are updated. Mebbe summat for Noom?
