Be careful with this Company Be careful with this Company. They take your money and won’t let you cancel when unsatisfied. Or you can cancel but they keep your money. Program is worthless and brings no meaningful value. They charged $300 on my credit card and when I tried to cancel, they basically told me to get lost and kept my money. And don’t be fooled when they post a response they will be in touch. They never contacted me. Don’t trust this company with your bank information. They charge add ons and automatic renewals. Very deceitful. Their program is terrible. All I want back is my prorated refund and they are not budging. Terrible Custer service. Don’t be fooled by their promises.

extra weight is something that I am… extra weight is something that I am struggling constantly with. I believe that it's possible to change the way I look but for this I must have a lot of willpower and true desire to lose it. due to this service I managed to realize how proper nutrition affects my weight. sometimes it's not even obligatory to exercise every day and exhaust yourself, more than just eating properly. it's all about psychology and thank to Noom for dispelling all the myths I have about eating. It's so valuable for me having such a backup during such tough period. but I ain't give up!

At first I was skeptical At first I was skeptical. I thought the lessons were teaching me pretty obvious things but as the days have gone on I'm feeling much better and the lessons are forcing me to change my relationship with food. I have been eating more fruit and vegetables in the past week than I have in the past 4 months combined and as a result I have way more energy and my skin looks and feels better. I'm getting married this summer and whilst I wasn't massively overweight, at 10st 5 (5 ft 2) I felt dumpy and had a lot of body fat. Especially around my hips, belly and thighs. Cutting added sugars and cheese as well as extra fats and switching out potatoes or pasta for bulgur wheat has done wonders and I've already lost 5 lbs in 1 week. More importantly I feel like my body is healthier and I'm cleansing the impure stuff from my body. I feel far less bloated, more awake and have so much more energy. I think I'm a convert!

Simple tools are easier to keep using Gives me a way to re-center myself on my goals. Easy lookup for foods so I know what I'm eating And where I am in my day.

So far it's been good So far it's been good to see my eating habits and how much my weight can fluctuate day to day. It's only been a couple weeks but I'm still positive that I will lose some weight soon.
