Unbelievable! I've been using this company for over 3 years now. Not only do they have excellent customer service but other companies should find out who they use to train their employees. I have never dealt with a company whose employees are EXCELLENT at their job. Every positive adjective could be used to describe these people. Happy, Nice, Sweet. Super customer service. I used HDIS for my mother's supplies in her final years. The delivery service was a great help to me, and they had the various supplies that I needed. Any time that I needed help with my order, or had questions about the products, the representatives were unfailing polite. I now have a job that has me often interfacing with customers on the phone. They had an appropiate selection of products, but some of the prices seemed a bit higer then they should be. Recently got a reply to a message quite quickly after sending it. However, it does take them extremly long to ship the orders. I'm glas it wasn't urgent, or else I wouldn't even reicve it in time. Could be alot better with customer service, as half of the time the person I talked to sounded quite annyoed. All in all, HDIS is almsot a good company.
