Customer service is rude and refuses to help. Customer service is extremely rude and refuses to send my son's order. All we told them was he needed small instead of extra small. For a month it's been back and forth between HDIS and our Doctor with HDIS refusing to process anything or help us smooth the process out. Meanwhile we are about to have to use towels as my son is running put of diaper and noone locally can supply them and HDIS doesn't care

My Seizures are mostly Gran Mal & “come on” without warning and quite had been happening in bed while sleeping. Thus we all know the end to the end or shall we say beginning to my life changer with Reassure! They are comfortable, fit nice you’d never even know you had panties or these the whole time wearing them! Thank-you HDISAT 55 years age old I’m not at all one bit embarrassed to half a pair on either! 😀👍

Call Customer Service to Stop Auto Ship If you decide to stop auto ship orders CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I found out the hard way removing your auto ship and credit card information from your account does absolutely nothing. You will will be shipped and billed for product. They will, very politely, advise you to refuse shipment, or call customer service to schedule a pick up and then you can wait for a credit to your bank card. As for my choice to return, when I was told the auto ship and credit card information was still showing on their end the trust that a credit would be applied was simply not there. I chose to keep the product.

Unbelievable! I've been using this company for over 3 years now. Not only do they have excellent customer service but other companies should find out who they use to train their employees. I have never dealt with a company whose employees are EXCELLENT at their job. Every positive adjective could be used to describe these people. Happy, Nice, Sweet. Friendly, Helpful, Courteous, Kind, Professional, Knowledgeable and Timely. I will continue to use this company over and over again. They treat you like Family. And send samples of their products for me to try and don't charge me.

I have been using this company for a… I have been using this company for a long time, however, the last year things have gone downhill. It seems like every month or every few months their product line changes and we are randomly sent a different brand of diapers. Every time this happens the quality of the diapers gets worse. I have tried both of the diapers they offer in my son's size and they are horrible. My son wakes up every morning soaked in urine. Every morning I have to clean him up before school because he is soaked. The underpads do nothing to protect the bedding and I have to wash his bedding daily. I'm ready to look for a new company that offers better brands of diapers, this is ridiculous.
