Super customer service. I used HDIS for my mother's supplies in her final years. The delivery service was a great help to me, and they had the various supplies that I needed. Any time that I needed help with my order, or had questions about the products, the representatives were unfailing polite. I now have a job that has me often interfacing with customers on the phone. I often think of the HDIS representatives and try to use their kind and helpful service as a role model in my own work.

Ships fast and easy. I accidentally found this company by browsing the internet. I was looking for quality flushable wipes and ordered 2 boxes which came in a few days. They included their catalog which is quite extensive which shows many different home health care items. I would definitely recommend them.

Everybody wants a pat on the back. I appreciate that you had what I needed and responded as quickly as you did, The bed pads are of great quality and are saving me from extra work as I try to care for my disabled daughter. However, between shipments from everywhere as I try to get the supplies I need, it becomes quite tedious to critique each company after each shipment. If I return and order again, that should tell you something. If I haven't sent anything back or haven't called customer service to complain, that should tell you even more. Once should be enough of a pat on the back.
