USTHANK-YOU HDIS!!!! 👌BEST CUSTOMERSERVICE IVE HAD IN 20 YEARS!!!! I was impressed with your product. I wasvrecently diagnosed with Epilepsy and seizure disorder. My Seizures are mostly Gran Mal & “come on” without warning and quite had been happening in bed while sleeping. Thus we all know the end to the end or shall we say beginning to my life changer with Reassure! They are comfortable, fit nice you’d never even know you had panties or these the whole time wearing them! Thank-you HDISAT 55 years age old I’m not at all one bit embarrassed to half a pair on either! 😀👍

USYour woman was very focused on the task… Your woman was very focused on the task at hand. I encountered her on the chat line and told her my dilemma, checking on a previous order. She found the info I needed, then helped me make a new order. All in all a quick, fully complete experience.

USi must say that this the best pad, i must say that after trying every pad in the world, I was absolutely impressed with your product. they really work!. i ordered on the phone and had the pleasure of speaking with a rep levern tappin. he was so helpful and made me feel comfortable discussing my problem. i also got a nice handwritten thank you note from him. he is one of the reasons that I am a returning customer.

USWhen things go wrong.... Given enough time, mistakes will happen. After years of buying from HDIS, I experienced the first shipping error. A rare issue after several years. This is when you find out how good a supplier is; not when all goes well, but when it does not. HDIS resolved this problem promptly, during the Covid crisis, and at no cost to me or argument. HDIS IS the definition of customer service. I can offer the highest recommendation for HDIS customer service.
