GBI have ordianry expericece with HDIS I have ordianry expericece with HDIS. I've used this company before and they almst provide good service. They had an appropiate selection of products, but some of the prices seemed a bit higer then they should be. Recently got a reply to a message quite quickly after sending it. However, it does take them extremly long to ship the orders. I'm glas it wasn't urgent, or else I wouldn't even reicve it in time. Could be alot better with customer service, as half of the time the person I talked to sounded quite annyoed. All in all, HDIS is almsot a good company.

GBWhen things go wrong.... Given enough time, mistakes will happen. After years of buying from HDIS, I experienced the first shipping error. A rare issue after several years. This is when you find out how good a supplier is; not when all goes well, but when it does not. HDIS resolved this problem promptly, during the Covid crisis, and at no cost to me or argument. HDIS IS the definition of customer service. I can offer the highest recommendation for HDIS customer service.

GBNeed to return these Need to return these. Leg elastic way too tight--cuts off circulation. Couldn't reach customer service representative on the phone. Need a return label. Tried only one pair with a clean pad inside. No, I am not sick or infectious. Am an elder staying in with only controlled contact with medical helpers. Please send return label to my email. Elaine

GBDelivery was quick but prices are way… Delivery was quick but prices are way more expensive than anywhere else. I can't believe overhead is so much you need to jack the prices up that high, especially during a time of crisis. These are for my grandmother who is unable to leave due to the current pandemic situation.

GBShips fast and easy. I accidentally found this company by browsing the internet. I was looking for quality flushable wipes and ordered 2 boxes which came in a few days. They included their catalog which is quite extensive which shows many different home health care items. I would definitely recommend them.
