GBCall Customer Service to Stop Auto Ship If you decide to stop auto ship orders CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I found out the hard way removing your auto ship and credit card information from your account does absolutely nothing. You will will be shipped and billed for product. They will, very politely, advise you to refuse shipment, or call customer service to schedule a pick up and then you can wait for a credit to your bank card. As for my choice to return, when I was told the auto ship and credit card information was still showing on their end the trust that a credit would be applied was simply not there. I chose to keep the product.

GBWhen things go wrong.... Given enough time, mistakes will happen. After years of buying from HDIS, I experienced the first shipping error. A rare issue after several years. This is when you find out how good a supplier is; not when all goes well, but when it does not. HDIS resolved this problem promptly, during the Covid crisis, and at no cost to me or argument. HDIS IS the definition of customer service. I can offer the highest recommendation for HDIS customer service.

GBUnbelievable! I've been using this company for over 3 years now. Not only do they have excellent customer service but other companies should find out who they use to train their employees. I have never dealt with a company whose employees are EXCELLENT at their job. Every positive adjective could be used to describe these people. Happy, Nice, Sweet. Friendly, Helpful, Courteous, Kind, Professional, Knowledgeable and Timely. I will continue to use this company over and over again. They treat you like Family. And send samples of their products for me to try and don't charge me.

GBDelivery was quick but prices are way… Delivery was quick but prices are way more expensive than anywhere else. I can't believe overhead is so much you need to jack the prices up that high, especially during a time of crisis. These are for my grandmother who is unable to leave due to the current pandemic situation.

GBGeepers! Geepers!! Sad to see so many negative reviews…I am certain that supply chains have recently disrupted what is normal. Have used HDIS happily for over 30 years. We are a 2 generation family…first my mom…now me, aged 87. It was/is comforting to rely on HDIS. Mom and I were home bound many years. Although there is a super Walmart 3miles from here, home delivery makes sense. I have lots of storage space so I order for 6 months. Never, in all that time, have I experienced anything than friendly, rapid, professional service. The products are top quality. Those of you who have had problems, please give them a second chance. PS At ST. Francis Hospital, Hartford CT, I was given stretchable, disposable mesh pants. They are incredibly functional. Wish I could order them from you.
