Geepers! Geepers!! Sad to see so many negative reviews…I am certain that supply chains have recently disrupted what is normal. Have used HDIS happily for over 30 years. We are a 2 generation family…first my mom…now me, aged 87. It was/is comforting to rely on HDIS. Mom and I were home bound many years. Although there is a super Walmart 3miles from here, home delivery makes sense. I have lots of storage space so I order for 6 months. Never, in all that time, have I experienced anything than friendly, rapid, professional service. The products are top quality. Those of you who have had problems, please give them a second chance. PS At ST. Francis Hospital, Hartford CT, I was given stretchable, disposable mesh pants. They are incredibly functional. Wish I could order them from you.

Super customer service. I used HDIS for my mother's supplies in her final years. The delivery service was a great help to me, and they had the various supplies that I needed. Any time that I needed help with my order, or had questions about the products, the representatives were unfailing polite. I now have a job that has me often interfacing with customers on the phone. I often think of the HDIS representatives and try to use their kind and helpful service as a role model in my own work.

Customer service is rude and refuses to help. Customer service is extremely rude and refuses to send my son's order. All we told them was he needed small instead of extra small. For a month it's been back and forth between HDIS and our Doctor with HDIS refusing to process anything or help us smooth the process out. Meanwhile we are about to have to use towels as my son is running put of diaper and noone locally can supply them and HDIS doesn't care
