They had an appropiate selection of products, but some of the prices seemed a bit higer then they should be. Recently got a reply to a message quite quickly after sending it. However, it does take them extremly long to ship the orders. I'm glas it wasn't urgent, or else I wouldn't even reicve it in time. Could be alot better with customer service, as half of the time the person I talked to sounded quite annyoed. All in all, HDIS is almsot a good company.

Customer service is rude and refuses to help. Customer service is extremely rude and refuses to send my son's order. All we told them was he needed small instead of extra small. For a month it's been back and forth between HDIS and our Doctor with HDIS refusing to process anything or help us smooth the process out. Meanwhile we are about to have to use towels as my son is running put of diaper and noone locally can supply them and HDIS doesn't care
