I have been using this company for a… I have been using this company for a long time, however, the last year things have gone downhill. It seems like every month or every few months their product line changes and we are randomly sent a different brand of diapers. Every time this happens the quality of the diapers gets worse. I have tried both of the diapers they offer in my son's size and they are horrible. My son wakes up every morning soaked in urine. Every morning I have to clean him up before school because he is soaked. The underpads do nothing to protect the bedding and I have to wash his bedding daily. I'm ready to look for a new company that offers better brands of diapers, this is ridiculous.

Delivery was quick but prices are way… Delivery was quick but prices are way more expensive than anywhere else. I can't believe overhead is so much you need to jack the prices up that high, especially during a time of crisis. These are for my grandmother who is unable to leave due to the current pandemic situation.

Great Customer Service My first experience with your Customer Service people was wonderful! All my questions were answered clearly and with genuine concern. She was even humorous... so nice these days!

Customer service is rude and refuses to help. Customer service is extremely rude and refuses to send my son's order. All we told them was he needed small instead of extra small. For a month it's been back and forth between HDIS and our Doctor with HDIS refusing to process anything or help us smooth the process out. Meanwhile we are about to have to use towels as my son is running put of diaper and noone locally can supply them and HDIS doesn't care

Ships fast and easy. I accidentally found this company by browsing the internet. I was looking for quality flushable wipes and ordered 2 boxes which came in a few days. They included their catalog which is quite extensive which shows many different home health care items. I would definitely recommend them.
