GBSuper customer service. I used HDIS for my mother's supplies in her final years. The delivery service was a great help to me, and they had the various supplies that I needed. Any time that I needed help with my order, or had questions about the products, the representatives were unfailing polite. I now have a job that has me often interfacing with customers on the phone. I often think of the HDIS representatives and try to use their kind and helpful service as a role model in my own work.

GBWhen things go wrong.... Given enough time, mistakes will happen. After years of buying from HDIS, I experienced the first shipping error. A rare issue after several years. This is when you find out how good a supplier is; not when all goes well, but when it does not. HDIS resolved this problem promptly, during the Covid crisis, and at no cost to me or argument. HDIS IS the definition of customer service. I can offer the highest recommendation for HDIS customer service.

GBI have been using this company for a… I have been using this company for a long time, however, the last year things have gone downhill. It seems like every month or every few months their product line changes and we are randomly sent a different brand of diapers. Every time this happens the quality of the diapers gets worse. I have tried both of the diapers they offer in my son's size and they are horrible. My son wakes up every morning soaked in urine. Every morning I have to clean him up before school because he is soaked. The underpads do nothing to protect the bedding and I have to wash his bedding daily. I'm ready to look for a new company that offers better brands of diapers, this is ridiculous.

GBUnbelievable! I've been using this company for over 3 years now. Not only do they have excellent customer service but other companies should find out who they use to train their employees. I have never dealt with a company whose employees are EXCELLENT at their job. Every positive adjective could be used to describe these people. Happy, Nice, Sweet. Friendly, Helpful, Courteous, Kind, Professional, Knowledgeable and Timely. I will continue to use this company over and over again. They treat you like Family. And send samples of their products for me to try and don't charge me.
