i must say that this the best pad, i must say that after trying every pad in the world, I was absolutely impressed with your product. they really work!. i ordered on the phone and had the pleasure of speaking with a rep levern tappin. he was so helpful and made me feel comfortable discussing my problem. i also got a nice handwritten thank you note from him. he is one of the reasons that I am a returning customer.

Best service, fastest shipping! Your company always has great service—your order arrived so fast it beat other orders with other companies that were done sooner. I always recommend you to others. We found you years ago while taking care of my parents. I have to use a product with no dyes, and you are the most reliable source. Hope you are doing well during this health crisis. Thanks again!

Geepers! Geepers!! Sad to see so many negative reviews…I am certain that supply chains have recently disrupted what is normal. Have used HDIS happily for over 30 years. We are a 2 generation family…first my mom…now me, aged 87. It was/is comforting to rely on HDIS. Mom and I were home bound many years. Although there is a super Walmart 3miles from here, home delivery makes sense. I have lots of storage space so I order for 6 months. Never, in all that time, have I experienced anything than friendly, rapid, professional service. The products are top quality. Those of you who have had problems, please give them a second chance. PS At ST. Francis Hospital, Hartford CT, I was given stretchable, disposable mesh pants. They are incredibly functional. Wish I could order them from you.

Unbelievable! I've been using this company for over 3 years now. Not only do they have excellent customer service but other companies should find out who they use to train their employees. I have never dealt with a company whose employees are EXCELLENT at their job. Every positive adjective could be used to describe these people. Happy, Nice, Sweet. Friendly, Helpful, Courteous, Kind, Professional, Knowledgeable and Timely. I will continue to use this company over and over again. They treat you like Family. And send samples of their products for me to try and don't charge me.

Super fast delivery Super fast delivery. Products are the best with a wide variety of choices and prices. . Always money back guarantee, I've never had to return anything. Samples are always available if in doubt. I'll definitely continue to order from HDIS
