GBI was thinking of teaching through this… I was thinking of teaching through this platform but after reading some recent parents reviews I have decided not to. Any interested parents who are looking for music activities for kids ages 3- 13 can reply to me directly. I accept payment through pay pal and WILL show up to classes.

GBUnfortunate experience especially during the pandemic Just like many of these reviews I was a customer for years before the pandemic. I started accumulating probably over more then 1000 dollars worth of credits. There were always classes I could have my daughter take. Because during the pandemic everything was online. I trying to keep my account as long as possible so I wouldn’t loose my credit …but it became impossible. Plus after loosing my job I was unable to keep the subscription and lost all this money. Terrible don’t do it.

GBLove KidPass and use it for a lot of… Love KidPass and use it for a lot of kids activities for both my kids! It's a great app that lets me try different activities and instructors to see what my kids like before purchasing a bigger package and committing to a semester of activities or classes. The flexibility is great as you can book things day of, and the prices make it cheaper to try things out than paying full price for a session.

GBCorrupt company Corrupt company. I was a loyal costumer for several years. The company began to raise the number of credits for each class, making it significantly more expensive. I had accumulated over a years worth of credits, and was told if I did not continue paying for my account all of these credits would be lost. Sure enough, when I requested to no longer pay for my account this happened and they took $250 worth of class credit, despite my escalating up to a manager. This is a scam of a company, who is happy to take people’s money and give them nothing in return. Extremely disappointing and upsetting.

GBAVOID Kidpass altogether! Highly dissatisfied. Not only are their teachers and activities not vetted before the classes are offered (I'm referring to quality, not trustworthiness), but what REALLY stinks is their rebill and subscription policy. I tried cancelling BEFORE I was rebilled and they wouldn't let me!! Nor did I receive a 3 day notice, period. I'm considering taking it up with my bank, honestly. We also had two adverse events with a couple of classes that we virtually attended. For the first one, the instructor never showed and Kidpass let everyone stay on the Zoom call for over TWENTY minutes, saying it would be just a few more minutes until the instructor would show up. Nope. Another class was lackluster at best and I can't believe I wasted 2 credits on it. I reviewed that class too, and didn't receive any comments on my feedback for either. They clearly don't care, and you know what? AVOID Kidpass at all costs. Very unprofessional and not recommended, questionable rebill methods. It's our kids that suffer the most. During this unprecedented times, it's unconscionable how a company can operate like this. TOTAL ripoff for the quality that you get. I'd recommend checking out the actual websites of some of their "teachers" and "activities" before you commit to anything. Not worth it on Kidpass, I can't say that enough. Get it together, Kidpass.
