GBI absolutely love KidPass I absolutely love KidPass. Great way to try out all different classes. I recommend it to all new moms. The flexibility is great. Any time I've needed help with customer service issues, they've been super helpful as well. Can't say enough about KidPass. So happy you exist!

GBUnprofessional service This is the SECOND TIME IN A ROW that we booked a class and confirmed but the place was closed. First time I booked an open play at Monkey Do in Park Slope. I had to work, so I had a babysitter take my daughter there just to find out that the place was closed. Today I rushed my child to get to the class at Muse in Gowanus and Again, it was closed. How is it possible that they are closed after I got a confirmation. Either the system is so defective or no one bother to call me that the class was cancelled????? I am just wasting my money and time just to disappoint my daughter who goes to the class with full of excitement. The kid pass has been nothing but horrible so far.

BRKidpass is a complete scam Kidpass is a complete scam. Like the other reviews said, all they care about is to scam you for money. We accumulated 3 years of credits (more than $650 value). We paused our account in May in Hope to resume after using up accumulated credits. Kidpass then cleared up all of our credits without any notice in June. And they refused to refund our money or reinstate our credits. They rewards loyal customers with robbery.

GBWonderful Platform & Wonderful Students KidPass is a wonderful platform! I teach on KidPass and the company is responsive and deals with all issues that arise. I thoroughly enjoy teaching on their website! I have never missed one lesson! I am always punctual! My students are repeat students and the parents are happy. As for one review stating that the poor reviews are not shown, this is totally untrue!
