GBIncomparable Customer Service! I've used VetRxDirect for years and have always gotten excellent service. Today one of their employees, Tyler, took it next-level! I had unintentionally mixed up the prescriptions for our 3 dogs - he was super helpful and patient on the phone as we talked through it all. A few minutes after our call, I got an email that he had already spoken with our vet and had all of the authorizations needed. Service that's both efficient *and* personal is a hard thing to find these days! I cannot recommend them highly enough. :-)

GBVETRXDIRCT: Advertised one price, sells for increased price I've addressed this issue with them previously but they don't listen and the manager doesn't call back. They list product price at lower prices, when put into shopping cart, the price increases by over $5. I just tried to talk to the person on the phone at customer service about it and she said I could either buy the product or sue them. Hmmm...I wonder if her manager cares that her employee is putting that 'out there'. I wonder if that is what it will take to make them correct this misleading advertising?

GBJust in time!! I miscalculated the auto delivery of my dogs Pain Plus. When checking I found it wasn't due for another 2 weeks. I contacted Vet Rx Direct and explained my dilemma and the employee said she would send the order right out. I received it two days later and Sammy was without his meds one day only. THANK YOU!!!! GBNo Problems at all I had no problems with VetRXDirect. They called my vet for my cat’s RX and shipped it right away. I had the medicine within a few days. I was impressed and very happy with them. I would use them again. Thank you!

GBFantastic Customer Service I placed an order right after the first of the year (when all hell was breaking lose in D.C. in addition to the normal COVID disruptions nationwide). There was a mix-up in the quantity of items I received which was remedied immediately upon my leaving a voicemail explaining the problem. Amazing service, especially under the circumstances we're all trying to work under. Happy New Year and thanks to VetRxDirect staff member Megan!
