GBA Purring Customer Hello - I've never ordered anything online for my pets until my Vet ran out of what I needed and I was forced to look for an online Pet Pharmacy that would fill the prescription. I am glad I chose Vet RX Direct - they were responsive from the moment I contacted them - substantially less expensive than what I was paying my Vet for the meds - and best of all...they included a small bag of Cat Treats which arrived with my order. My Kitties thank you for that nice and delicious touch!

GBPoor Delivery Response Time Although the staff responds to your phone call or email immediately, I have had many, many, many problems with delivery time in getting medication!! Vetrx Direct either has repeatedly blamed my vet's office for not getting back to them with a prescription (not the case) or the post office for losing the medication, and they still make me wait a full 8 days to send out a new package (when it's obviously stuck somewhere in transit), so that my pet ends up waiting 9 days for vital meds. Ridiculous!! I don't recommend Vetrx Direct!!

GBHorrible customer service—buy from your … Horrible customer service—buy from your veterinarian and promote small business. Ordered Percortan-V to the tune of $180 and it expires in 6months! With the dosage my pet is on, that vial lasts a full year. Customer service refused to allow a return of an unopened box, an exchange, a partial refund or even a coupon. Just too bad so sad—that was an expensive lesson. Buy elsewhere people, you will be glad you did

GBVETRXDIRCT: Advertised one price, sells for increased price I've addressed this issue with them previously but they don't listen and the manager doesn't call back. They list product price at lower prices, when put into shopping cart, the price increases by over $5. I just tried to talk to the person on the phone at customer service about it and she said I could either buy the product or sue them. Hmmm...I wonder if her manager cares that her employee is putting that 'out there'. I wonder if that is what it will take to make them correct this misleading advertising?

GBWAITING FOR MIRACLE RESULTS MY DOG IS ALMOST SEVEN YEARS OLD, HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETESE LAST FEBRUARY, SINCE THEN HE IS ON INSULIN TWICE A DAY, HE ALSO DEVELOPED CATARACT IN BOTH EYES. I WAS TOLD BY MT VET THAT OTHER PET OWNERS TRIED THIS CAPSULE. HE FINISHED ONE BOTTLE, AND THIS IS HIS SECOND BOTTLE, I AM PRAYING FOR RESULTS OF IMPROVEMENT FOR HIS EYESIGHT
