GBThis site has had technical issues for… This site has had technical issues for over 6 months. they keep saying new updates .. they don't notify the customer whats going on w/o us constantly calling in. my order has been inconsistent due to their issues not ours. and i have not received the auto ship. i supposedly spoke to a supervisor and when i asked for accommodations over and above the last episode she said they weren't the right fit for us. after repeatedly suggesting to me that she cancel the order and i go elsewhere .. i repeatedly said i'm not cancelling the order and will decide if i go elsewhere if there is another issue. . and she cancelled the order which i never requested. and hung up.

GBVetRxDirect has been the most reliable… VetRxDirect has been the most reliable source for any of my cat, Mango's medications! They are always quick to respond with any inquiries and always ensure the best customer service. I have transitioned purely to VetRxDirect for his asthma needs and am so glad I came across their site when I did. Quick shout out to both Erika and Joe for being so kind, helpful, and diligent in their follow ups to my ticket requests. Highly recommend!

GBPoor Delivery Response Time Although the staff responds to your phone call or email immediately, I have had many, many, many problems with delivery time in getting medication!! Vetrx Direct either has repeatedly blamed my vet's office for not getting back to them with a prescription (not the case) or the post office for losing the medication, and they still make me wait a full 8 days to send out a new package (when it's obviously stuck somewhere in transit), so that my pet ends up waiting 9 days for vital meds. Ridiculous!! I don't recommend Vetrx Direct!!

GBBeware Beware! Items shown are pictures only! They will substitute generic and refuse to return items they substitute. They charged brand pricing- without actually shipping it. My 19.00 next day shipping fee was basically stoken as I didn't receive product for 3 days. All business days. This is not a customer friendly company. Their motto should be- TOO BAD SO SAD

GBNo Problems at all I had no problems with VetRXDirect. They called my vet for my cat’s RX and shipped it right away. I had the medicine within a few days. I was impressed and very happy with them. I would use them again. Thank you!
