This site has had technical issues for… This site has had technical issues for over 6 months. they keep saying new updates .. they don't notify the customer whats going on w/o us constantly calling in. my order has been inconsistent due to their issues not ours. and i have not received the auto ship. i supposedly spoke to a supervisor and when i asked for accommodations over and above the last episode she said they weren't the right fit for us. after repeatedly suggesting to me that she cancel the order and i go elsewhere .. i repeatedly said i'm not cancelling the order and will decide if i go elsewhere if there is another issue. . and she cancelled the order which i never requested. and hung up.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. You cannot get a hold of anyone, ever. An overnight delivery takes 1-2 days after your prescription is processed. AND I am an LVT in a 24 hr. Vet Center. My diabetic cat is just waiting for his insulin. I should've listened to my co-workers and used the company they recommended, not VetRx.
