GBGood for hard-to-find products, good customer service My dog has a genetic disorder and requires several products that I either have not been able to find elsewhere or else they are heavily marked up. Thanks to VetRx I have been able to reliably get a hold of both her special ear cleaner and topical steroid cream without having to pay through the nose. They have great customer service as well and immediately fixed their error when they shipped me the wrong product by mistake. My dog is also a big fan, as every order from them comes with a complimentary dog cookie.

GBPepcid compound order I needed liquid form of Pepcid for my dog who is recovering from intestinal blockage surgery as soon as possible. It is hard enough getting my doggie to take a pill, so any liquid form for helps. I asked for a rush, and Gabby and her team came through! My order shipped within a day of ordering! GBI made an order a week ago for my cat I made an order a week ago for my cat, and when I check online for my order status it tells me "Waiting for veterinary approval". When I call customer service I get a message saying that I called during peak hours, and then it hangs up. With Chewy.com it usually took prescription medication a maximum of 3-4 days to get to me. VetRxDirect is a horrible place.

GBBeware Beware! Items shown are pictures only! They will substitute generic and refuse to return items they substitute. They charged brand pricing- without actually shipping it. My 19.00 next day shipping fee was basically stoken as I didn't receive product for 3 days. All business days. This is not a customer friendly company. Their motto should be- TOO BAD SO SAD

GBVETRXDIRCT: Advertised one price, sells for increased price I've addressed this issue with them previously but they don't listen and the manager doesn't call back. They list product price at lower prices, when put into shopping cart, the price increases by over $5. I just tried to talk to the person on the phone at customer service about it and she said I could either buy the product or sue them. Hmmm...I wonder if her manager cares that her employee is putting that 'out there'. I wonder if that is what it will take to make them correct this misleading advertising?
