Supportive and results-driven I really liked that, unlike most organizations, there’s no money up front (and no cost if you don’t get an increase). I was a little disappointed, and frustrated, that the “free consult” was essentially just setting up the “sale”. My coach did not give an opinion until she’d reviewed my documents (better than other groups…I had one who didn’t know anything but my rating and said “I can increase that”. She was also really helpful during my prep session - listening to my ideas on examples, and giving constructive feedback.

100% worth your time & effort!! I had two rounds with the VA Claims Insider. From the beginning, they were professional and courteous. They tell you how they can best help you, and provide you with a strategy. If you need doctors, nexus letters, etc., they have that covered too. They show/tell you what you need, and how to go through the process to properly and strategically file your claim. On my first round, I went from 60% to 90% in 5 months. On the second round I went from 90% to 100% P&T in 3 months. I have been out of the military for 25 years tomorrow (what an anniversary gift). I have filed a 1/2 dozen times over the years with zero success. I was not looking at the things I should have been and finally came to realize that I needed to swallow my pride and be 100% open and honest about what other conditions I had and how to strategically file them. I am eternally grateful to the VA Insiders & my coach Kimberley G. You have helped me through my issues, gotten me help along the way to deal with them & given me the gift of a lifetime. Desperate and about to give up I submitted the same claim twice and were both denied. I was so disappointed and ready to give up when I came across VACI and decided to give it another try. VACI has a lot of information on their website and the coach worked with me on strategy. I just won my claim and it only took 5 months. Thank you VACI!
