In my opinion/experience In my opinion, what makes this company great is not the winning or losing of disability claims. It's the knowledgeable coaches and their professionalism. I read a few reviews where some, not many, had negative experiences or outcomes. My coach has been great! No promises or guarantees of a successful outcome were made because let's be honest, it could go the other way and I was aware of that from the beginning. The only assurance I received is that I would be guided through my journey and that I have a point of contact via my coach if I had questions or concerns and he hasn't steered me wrong. I still have a little way to go to get to 100% and I still know there are no guarantees but, it's nice to know I have a coach who went the same route as me and can walk me through this process.

I believe my great coach should be given a raise by VA Claims Insider! I believe my great coach, Sandra Halioua, and her great assistant, Ma. Crisel Bristol, and a great doctor provided by Telemedica LLC, Dr. Edwards, were the key to a successful experience. Sandra and Crisel kept me focused on the task and Dr. Edwards knew exactly how to measure my degree of impact with my condition.

Great person for assisting me through whole process Molly was my contact for VA Insider and educated me every step of the way and she also was great at follow up. VA Insider also had zoom presentations on every step of the way also great in learning about C & P exams

Coaches know what they are talking… Coaches know what they are talking about. Also after numerous denials I wanted to give up but finally won with a HLR and the coach telling me not to give up. Insider Portal is a must.

Coach Jaime carried me through to 100% Coach Jaime carried me through to 100%. He listened to every one of my medical issues and performed research I was unable to do on my own. Now I can focus on post-Iraq healing without having so much financial stress. Great company, great program and great coach!
