response to your rating The appeal process was the most challenging. it took 4 years to finally get an approval on the first claim, after many emails and calls they finally approved the first claim. the 2nd claim went a bit smoother and was approved only after one year. the help of my 2nd coach was very helpful and was supportive. my first coach was good also but some where along this long time period we have lost touch and i have reach out to him but have heard back. after some addtional support my coach the added phone calls to the VA my got more up to the head of the line based on the time it spent waiting for the review. thanks for the phone number. i am planning to submit another claim and i will be working with my 2nd coach to work thru this one.

I went from 50% to 90% with my first… I went from 50% to 90% with my first coach, but he basically told me the correct forms to fill out and I did the rest. Every time I worked with him, he didn’t remember me and we had to start over with him remembering what we were doing. I’m hoping the second coach is better, but I feel like we are already dragging our feet. I don’t completely understand why we’re waiting to file some claims. At this moment I’m on the fence on if I would recommend The company to anyone
