Supportive and results-driven I really liked that, unlike most organizations, there’s no money up front (and no cost if you don’t get an increase). I was a little disappointed, and frustrated, that the “free consult” was essentially just setting up the “sale”. My coach did not give an opinion until she’d reviewed my documents (better than other groups…I had one who didn’t know anything but my rating and said “I can increase that”. She was also really helpful during my prep session - listening to my ideas on examples, and giving constructive feedback.
