100% worth your time & effort!! I had two rounds with the VA Claims Insider. From the beginning, they were professional and courteous. They tell you how they can best help you, and provide you with a strategy. If you need doctors, nexus letters, etc., they have that covered too. They show/tell you what you need, and how to go through the process to properly and strategically file your claim. On my first round, I went from 60% to 90% in 5 months. On the second round I went from 90% to 100% P&T in 3 months. I have been out of the military for 25 years tomorrow (what an anniversary gift). I have filed a 1/2 dozen times over the years with zero success. I was not looking at the things I should have been and finally came to realize that I needed to swallow my pride and be 100% open and honest about what other conditions I had and how to strategically file them. I am eternally grateful to the VA Insiders & my coach Kimberley G. You have helped me through my issues, gotten me help along the way to deal with them & given me the gift of a lifetime. In my opinion/experience In my opinion, what makes this company great is not the winning or losing of disability claims. It's the knowledgeable coaches and their professionalism. I read a few reviews where some, not many, had negative experiences or outcomes. My coach has been great! No promises or guarantees of a successful outcome were made because let's be honest, it could go the other way and I was aware of that from the beginning. The only assurance I received is that I would be guided through my journey and that I have a point of contact via my coach if I had questions or concerns and he hasn't steered me wrong. I still have a little way to go to get to 100% and I still know there are no guarantees but, it's nice to know I have a coach who went the same route as me and can walk me through this process.
