STELLAR Service I can’t express the gratitude I have for Ian and team at VA claims Insider! It’s intimidating to submit for an increase in your VA disability rating but if your symptoms are getting worse or you left something off your original claim - you name it, VA claims Insider is there to help! They go over EVERYTHING step by step, they don’t over promise and they set you up for success. My initial decision wasn’t at all a desired outcome and they encouraged me and guided me on how to submit for a higher level review and I couldn’t be more pleased with my end result! Supportive and results-driven I really liked that, unlike most organizations, there’s no money up front (and no cost if you don’t get an increase). I was a little disappointed, and frustrated, that the “free consult” was essentially just setting up the “sale”. My coach did not give an opinion until she’d reviewed my documents (better than other groups…I had one who didn’t know anything but my rating and said “I can increase that”. She was also really helpful during my prep session - listening to my ideas on examples, and giving constructive feedback.

In my opinion/experience In my opinion, what makes this company great is not the winning or losing of disability claims. It's the knowledgeable coaches and their professionalism. I read a few reviews where some, not many, had negative experiences or outcomes. My coach has been great! No promises or guarantees of a successful outcome were made because let's be honest, it could go the other way and I was aware of that from the beginning. The only assurance I received is that I would be guided through my journey and that I have a point of contact via my coach if I had questions or concerns and he hasn't steered me wrong. I still have a little way to go to get to 100% and I still know there are no guarantees but, it's nice to know I have a coach who went the same route as me and can walk me through this process.

This experience was hands down the most… This experience was hands down the most organized and helpful way of pursuing my claim. My Coach Charles Harris was cool, calm, and reassured me that I would be taken care of. I recommend VA Insiders for those who are concerned or unsure of how to proceed in filing their claims. I went from 10% to 70% disability rating over a six month period and received back pay for a little over two and a half years.
