CAAwesome Company! I accidentally purchased as a guest instead of my account, so I was unable to check on the status. I contacted support and received a prompt and friendly response. As well due to a high demand at the time of my purchase they changed the sale date of the product (which didn’t bother me anyways) so that it will have a longer shelf life once shipped.

GBRe-Occuring Order and Grease on the cans. I love the product and have a small re-occuring order. I tried to alter and add product and was told I had to add a second order because the new on-line system would not allow me to change my re-occuring order? Seems odd. Secondly my add order this month came and all the cans had grease on the exterior. Each can had to be cleaned before the product could be drank.

GBIs this coming from another planet? What takes so long???? I'm not rating the product, I'm rating the delivery process. I placed an order online on 4/24 and it is 5/3 and I have yet to receive the order. There is no tracking information either. This seems the be the norm when ordering from Kill Cliff. It takes almost a month for the product to arrive. That is beyond inefficient and entirely unacceptable.

GBPackaging Problem.. This service and product are both exceptional. I received my order so quickly I was surprised. The only complaint I have is that one entire box of drinks had gotten damaged and leaked out before it got to me. So, to me, that depreciated the value a bit. Paying that kind of money as a consumer I would expect to get my moneys worth. It may not hurt to look at better packaging, especially for fragile product. However, it was a simple accident and as they say, "things happen!" Excellent product. Excellent service.
