GBGreat food and Great Customer service! I have been using BistroMD for several months now and it's great! Not only are the meals superb and healthy but their customer service is 10 out of 10! I have called now twice (to change my delivery dates etc) and both times Morgan has taken care of me like family! Once, when Fedex did not deliver my meals, she was quick to send the refund as well. I could not imagine a company that has a better service and a better attitude!

GBI got this for my dad I got this for my dad, 85yo, who was finally serious about following a low sodium diet. He was in the hospital twice in one month for congestive heart failure. He had to change the way he was eating if he wants to live. He and my mom both have diabetes also and find it hard to stand for long periods to cook. They relied heavily on prepared food and eating out. They have had this delivered for about two months now and love the food. The variety and the ease of just popping it in the microwave has been amazing. Both have lost weight have reduced swelling in their legs and feet better sugar readings and are just doing better in their health. The customer service has been great Emily and another gentleman I spoke with were very helpful. They even arranged for my aunts and uncles to pay for a few deliveries for a Christmas gift. Over all this company has exceeded my expectations on every front.

GBRude, unhelpful customer service The meals were ok but no real flavor just bland. Customer service however was horrible! While on hold they tell you (over and over) how their friendly helpful customer service staff will resolve any issues you're having but the condescending girl who took my call was neither. She was curt and rude and said things like "maybe you should read the terms again" and "if you ever use another meal company pay attention to the terms". I use multiple meal delivery services and have never had anyone be rude when I've called.

GBThis food is disgusting!! This food is disgusting!!! I contacted them on their website to cancel the subscription because the food is soo gross, but they sent out this nasty food to me anyway- they would not accept this food back and refused to give me a refund - now I am stuck with 2 weeks or more of horrible food that I probably can’t even give away!!! They do not give a guarantee on their food and that is the reason why!!! :/

GBBistroMD: Meals and Customer Service 10/10 I use, and have used, a myriad of meal programs. BistroMD is the stand out as best variety and best quality of food, and even more of a standout with customer service. I travel extensively and need to change/delay/edit/cancel orders all the time. I last spoke with Alicia, who refunded an order getting ready to ship, changed my plan and helped with planning. 10/10 recommend BistroMD
