Exceptional Customer Service I feel the need to mention my exceptional experience with Bistro MD Customer Service phone line. Twice I made calls for help on different questions I had. I was truly impressed by the courteous, knowledgable and professional service I received from the two agents that helped me. Good service deserves acknowledgment.

FedEX delivered late - BistroMD fixed the problem immediately Sometimes a situation happens that’s out of someone’s control. It’s not that it happens, it’s how the situation is rectified that matters most. Todd from BistroMD was fantastic in helping me get a new order sent out immediately. His help was much appreciated, but the way he handled the situation by gathering information & helping in such a professional & friendly manner was exceptional.

bistro md is great i have been on bistro md since beginning of july. i didnt weigh myself for the first month but i am now down almost 6 months later over 20 lbs. i love the food and meal choices and the big difference between bistro md and other diet meal delivery services is the food is not what i refer to as plastic food in a container. i am really enjoying what i am eating. i also have cholesteral issues and my cholesteral has gone from @200 to 164. my doctor is thrilled. i feel better and healthier. emily in customer service is so knowledgeable and encouraging without the usual attitude you get from most customer service folks. i have recommended bistro md to friends because it really works and is really good.

Awful food and even worse customer service Awful food and even worse customer service. Ordered their keto program for a week - every single meal had at least 40g of carbs. I reached to CS and their response was basically “too bad”. I figured I will try to eat what I can, but the meals are practically inedible - chewy tough meat smothered in sauce and bland, overcooked veggies. Shame on you, Bistro MD for not standing behind your products and taking advantage of people in these tough times.

Great food and Great Customer service! I have been using BistroMD for several months now and it's great! Not only are the meals superb and healthy but their customer service is 10 out of 10! I have called now twice (to change my delivery dates etc) and both times Morgan has taken care of me like family! Once, when Fedex did not deliver my meals, she was quick to send the refund as well. I could not imagine a company that has a better service and a better attitude!
